the hotel is terrific. Clean and perfectly cleaned daily. Lots of hot water. All the little things you need. Room with a city view. High speed wifi in the rooms around 70 mbit per sec. A little hard to lower the temp of the powerful air conditioning. Hotel include four free laundry items daily. Put them in a bag and... More

nice rooms and a good selection for breakfast. Rate included breakfast. Problem though the food was NOT hot, if I am eating I prefer hot not warm food. that was a dissappointment. rooms are well equipped (no flannels). lift slow so stairs were okay. staff attentive. biggest problems were no other restarants handy and no shops, so used taxis a... If you are in town on business this is a safe bet, clean and comfortable. If you are a western businessman stick to what is scripted and you will be fine. If you try and get the staff to deviate to a guest requewt it simply will not happen. Example it is 12.45 and you want to check in and... More

Stayed here for only a night. Our group checked in late at night and checked out early the next morning. The room was clean and spacious....and the bed was comfortable. Had a good night's sleep after some bad sleepless nights. However, breakfast is nothing to shout about. Just the usual Oriental buffet breakfast and some Western dishes.

Firstly, this hotel service was very satisfying, it's the only hotel in my whole Taiwan trip whose bellboys helped you with your luggage! i also had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the spacious room, impressive bathroom, not mentioning the sublimely clean atmosphere you had in the room. Also there's free wifi at the lobby, and 7/11 across this property!... More

When I first know that me & my family is going to stay in this hotel for a night in Taichung I was a bit disappointing because of the location is inside of a industry park. I was expecting a lousy & simple hotel inside a messy industry park but I was so surprise to see a new & modern... More

Though I've been stayng at this hotel over 4 months, I've not felt any stress yet. Such as this hotel makes Japanese visitors comfortable. We could have usual Japanese breakfast, read Japanese papers and speak Japanese to hotel clerks. Especially hotel clerks are well trained and they could offer very kind service to visitors. They make me happy and give... More
