[My Perspective Regards to Hotel Service impression] Hotel entrance is alright (not stingy like some outside). There was 3, 4 little stairs at the entrance but no one helped me lifting my luggages. Even receptionist did not help carrying them to my room but held elevator button and I was left in the elevator alone. (It was annoying to see...

Well located at intersection of Zhongshan and Linsen. Free rental bikes for guests is a nice benefit to explore the town or even ride to the ocean side (20min). Breakfast basic and edible but I'd rather go out for one of the many nice cafes around town. Rooms are small and seem to have been updated recently. All in all...

Wow this room was a cute little set up. The wall at the foot of the bed had the television cut into it and this wall spun around to a lounge chair opposite the bed. So you could watch tv in bed or chose to sit on the lounge and watch. Brilliant idea!!!! The breakfast area was very quiet each...

We found this hotel to be in a very central location from train station and nearby nightmarket with good food (excellent dumplings everywhere). About a 1/2 hour walk to harbor or Pine Mountain. We stayed in a twin room on the 5th floor and were disappointed by the dated and stained carpet, broken toilet, and broken window locks. However, wifi...

We chose this hotel because of its location. Lots of shops and restaurants are located on Zhongshan Road and Zhongzheng Road. The hotel provides a free map which showing restaurants, sourvenir shops and night market around the hotel. This map is very useful. The hotel staff are nice and helpful. I bought a whole melon but didn't have knife to...

The owner used to run a quarry, and it shows. Marble and granite covers almost all interior and exterior surfaces. Very Hualien, and even hip. The youthful staff in spa outfits had enough English to be helpful. The rooms were reasonably sized, clean, and modern. It's on a busy street, but road noise was muted. It's a bit off the...

I stayed two nights in June 2013, and overall was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the internet was fast, the bathroom was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful, but struggled a bit with english as is probably the case in a lot of places once you get far out of Taipei. I was in...

Friendly staff allowed us to leave our bicycles that we rented from Giant at the lobby for the night. They told us to lock the bicycles and that they've will have night shift staff to watch out for the bicycles. I believe them because it's a small lobby and the bikes are right in front of them. Haha! Clean room...

A rather shabby hotel but is probably one of the better hotels you can find in HuaLien. It has a tiny restaurant at the basement, which serves buffet style, nice and simple breakfast. Outdoor car-park at the back of the hotel. We were satisfied with the hotel but not delighted, alright for a one night stay. We stayed the suite...

When it comes to Hualien many tourists would prefer minsu homestay or inns near Taroko Gorge. But I find this hotel a gem in Hualien town. The staff are friendly, breakfast served is good albeit low in variety, easy access to the main streets in Hualien for shopping and eating. The room is big enough for the two of us,...
