We were allocated a Global Village2 room and the condition of the room and the building was deplorable. The building itself seems incomplete with dirty carpets and a foul smell. Its incredibly overpriced. We had booked for two nights and we had to check out after one night because of the condition and went to Happy Valley.

I want to kick off with the positive experience we had: The staff were very friendly, polite and did their best to make us feel comfortable. The food they served on Wednesday night was very tasteful as was the breakfast Thursday morning. Now a few suggestions: Make sure about bookings; when we arrived we got the impression that they did...

They need a gas stove or alternate cooking option to use during power cuts. I had to wait for the power to return to have supper prepared for me. Luckily the power wasn't gone for too long. No electricity in the rooms during power cuts.

A destination of mixed reviews awaits my expectations. After a 30 minute drive from airport along a surprising good highway, except for spots of bye pass construction, we meader by walled adobes that share not their secrets to enlight upon Global Village door. Friendly greetings, a spacious very clean room with basic toiletries. Most important was a strong WiFi in...

I stayed here with a friend June 2016. The place is clean, although the decor is very dated. You have to purchase wifi, which is usually decent, I was even able to skype! The service can be a bit slow, especially in the kitchen. Sometime I would sit down and even though there were people at work they would not...

I stayed at Global Village 2. There was no hot water in the morning around 8:00. The kitchen staff offered a very poor service. They vanished as soon as we walked in, we had to look around for utensils. Breakfast was dry and was not warmed up.

Front desk clerk extremely helpful and nice. Location is hard to find. Signage not good upon arrival to Manzini. Noise level is very high. Hotel overbooked. The area is beautiful but to residential. I felt safe because I lived in swaziland long time but others might not feel as safe with location so hidden away

GOOD POINTS: 1. Staff Friendly 2. Rooms neat and tidy 3. Clean in general. BAD POINTS: 1. Restaurant; With a a la carte menu,If you don't like chicken, you eat pork chops, or pasta, NOTHING ELSE. We opted for chicken, our Half chicken portions were about 800grams each, if not 1kg. We waited 45 minutes for the meals. You ask...

Not what I expected, the pictures are a complete misrepresentation. Selling wifi by the hour is just tacky. There was an ironing board just standing in the passage for no reason. No shower curtain in the shower. Just poor overall. Staff were very friendly though.

“Manzini is interestingly located. A few metres from the "suburb" where Global Village is, you find the village. I found it quite nice being exposed to the best of both worlds. The room from Global Village 2 we stayed in, had the balcony. I checked out the other rooms and none have as great a view. The one upstairs are the best. Downstairs, there is the issue of high walls, which ruin any chance of a view except the pool.”
