We stayed on two separate occasions in a two week period for a total of 7 days. The rooms were clean and the staff was quick to respond to our requests for extra pillows and better wifi. The fridge and micro were very useful because we went shopping across the street at the big Home Plus dept. store and brought the food back to heat and eat.
Upon arrival the staff told me that I would get a complimantary room upgrade, so they changed me from a standard room to a deluxe room. They also told me that this was part of the newly refurnished part of the hotel. These new rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with a variety of technicalities (electronic/glas bath curtain, bathtub, electric windows, large air cons, spray cleaning toilet, to name a few). The staff really went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. You where always met with a great big smile when entering the lobby and they arranged taxies, explained railway maps and so on. I stayed at this hotel for a whole weekend and can highly recommend it!
I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet in the room worked great. And I liked having both types of outlets - 220v and 110v - so that I didn't have to use my adapter every time. He room was clean and modern. And the bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious. And it is in a convenient location with a bank and home plus shopping next to it and lots of other stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed late last year, The rooms were spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The staff were nice enough however didn't really go out of their way. The breakfast was good both western and Korean however after the 5th day the same menu got a bit boring. Would have given this five stars but the lifts there are an issue, when there is a wedding or a function you can wait up to 20 mins just to get into a lift to get to your room, had to take the stairs instead. I think they are building more lifts but not soon enough.
Location is pretty good, about 300 meters to subway station Jakjeon, the bus stop is in 10 meters from entrance to the hotel. And there is a big mall Home Plus just in front of the hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. One bad thing - there is weak sound isolation at room entrance door (you can hear everything what happens in corridor). Breakfast was quite good, many different things to eat. Staff was very helpful, polite and english speaking. I'm very enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
