I stayed here during my short summer break with 4 other friends. The price and location were good considering it's a 5 minute walk to Haeundae. However, the one thing I couldn't get over was the stench of mold in the room. My friends and I bought some Fabreeze. There was also mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain which protected the door (so the room doesn't flood). It was kind of gross. Unfortunately because of COVID, the dining hall was closed, but the spa area was nice.

I stayed at this hotel for a tour of Busan. The number of floors is high, and the room condition is good, but it feels a little old. Parking must be done at the parking tower next to it, and a separate parking fee is charged. There is no problem with the service, and it is generally okay. If you stay in the hotel, you can use the sauna in the hotel for free.

Had no plan to stay overnight in Haeundae as we were travelling to other city but due to change of plans with flight arrangement, booked a night here as we were sitting at the cafe across the hotel.

Room type description and photo did not match and it was misleading but a gentleman (manager) did not even apologize and tried to avoid having conversation. As this is locally branded budget business hotel, my expectation to service level & quality was almost zero but we were very annoyed by his attitude and the tone of voice...cannot even feel any "hospitality".

Location is not bad at all, only 5 minutes to Haeundae beach area and close to hundreds of restaurants and small local market.

Product itself is not bad at all. It is quite new so all in good standard. The funny thing is that floor in guestroom is not flat...felt quite weird.

In this part of the world, there are a lot of nice budget & boutique hotels with affordable price. Actually, product itself is as good as some of five star chain properties. If planning to stay most of time outside, very good option to consider for your upcoming stay, but not this one.

Decent room and location, a standard 3* hotel.

Rooms are clean, beds are firm, enough space to leave 2 luggages open on the floor, daily housekeeping, spring water shower.

The hotel is very close to the beach, walkable to some 5* luxury beachfront hotels and not too far off from the main food and shopping streets, very near the Haeundae Traditional Market. I have not eaten at there (mainly seafood restaurants with eel as the speciality) as I find them a bit touristy and not really the real deal but probably good for first timers.

A few minor issues with this hotel:
1. Front desk - if out of 10, their English level would be like 2-3. Without any disrespect, we already use very simple 3 words sentences but could barely converse. For example, we found there was no toiletries after we checked in, so we asked the front desk for some as we were unsure whether they are not included or forgotten to place some. Reception just kept saying no shower gel no no no...Turns out basic shampoo, condition and shower gel are included as housekeeping had added some on day two. Another example was when I asked for the closing time of the sauna, the reception told me the opening time instead which led me to think the sauna is open until 5am...well I should have read that one from the keycard pocket. On agoda, it mentions the hotel speaks English and German, perhaps try to converse in German with them if you happen to know both.
2. Luggage storage fee - even the cheapest hotel, hostel, bnb, typically will allow staying guests to store your luggage free of charge upon check out (so long you don't store overnight). Not with here unfortunately, though it cost next to nothing (3000won), it is rather unusual.

About the Sauna
(Referring to the ladies sauna only)

As a hotel guest, you can use for free. Even non hotel guests can visit with an admission fee. Either way, ask front desk for a ticket and refer to the ticket number for the assigned shoes and clothes locker. *Skip to the next paragraph if you are familiar or been to a Korean or Japanese hot spring sort of place.* Make sure you take your shoes/ slippers off before the curtains, place your footwear inside the locker then pull out the key. Locate the bigger locker inside of the same number. After you unrobe, keep your key and enter the bathhouse. Scrub down thoroughly! When using any hot springs, you must always cleanse yourself before hopping into a tub, otherwise you will contaminate the spring water. There are standing and sitting showers but I don't think it matters which one you use and it doesn't matter if you see some people have placed their toiletries bag or towel around the showers.

What to bring?
- own toiletries (the sauna only provide soap and it's communal hmmm...some big bottle of toner and lotion assume they are for face not body)
-bath sponge (bring the one from your room)
- a paper mask (recommended for during or after sauna)
- your own cold beverage (there is a mini store where you can purchase snacks, beverages, lotions, anything else that you may need, oddly they also sell some clothing and undergarment)
- some cash

There are 4 hot spring tubs and 2 sauna rooms. There are 2 massage beds tucked away in the left corner where 2 ahjumas (housewife ladies) are scrubbing away. This is when I discovered there is a full body scrub service for a small additional cost. You are suppose to pay the lady at the tuck shop/ mini store you see after the shoes locker. However, all the staffs at the sauna only speaks Korean, best way is to ask the front desk to help you write down in Korean the service you want. There are about 5-6 services on a board hung in the sauna, starts with Basic at 25k won, Intense....just Back scrub at 18k won. There are no detailed description on what each includes, you will be in for a surprise. I went for the Basic deal and it was a full body scrub where you will experience what it would be like to be a fish getting descaled, and a homemade cucumber facial.

Room is clean as it is still very new. However, they don't have typical Korean service standard. I was asking for extra pillow, as I am used sleep with two pillows. The counter staff reply straight answer "No, we don't provide extra pillow." Don't understand why a hotel has not extra pillow for guess, who is needed for comfortable sleep.

I would recommend this hotel if you are trying to stay in Haeundae beach and on a budget. The location is near Paradise Casino and the main beach. The hotel staff does speak English. The room is small but clean. The toiletries include shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a small vanity kit, scrub sponge, and comb. Toothbrush kits are not free.

My friend and I booked this hotel for one night and it was disappointing. We noticed a dirty tissue next to the sink which questioned how clean the room was. The layout of the room was weird. We had all different parts of the bathroom at almost every corner, toilet by the entrance, see the sink once we get in, and the shower in another corner. Because we didn't have working phones, we needed to make a call to a nearby place and their phones don't allow you to make calls outside of the hotel which I thought was a bit strange.

Nice sized rooms with great onsen facilities. 2 sauna rooms and four large pools with temperatures ranging from 18C to 42C. One of the pools has strong jacuzzi jets. No options for breakfast but lots of eating places within 10 minutes' walk. Airport limousine stop within 10 minutes' walk too.

I cannot recall, but the bath/shower and toilet are all one room. There may be other rooms with a separate toilet which may have a lock. Most of my experiences are that the hotels don't have locks on the bathroom doors.
