I’ve been to all four best (most expensive/luxurious) hotels in Busan. If this is the category you’re looking for, I’ve done it - Westin, paradise, Park Hyatt and more recent addition, Hilton. Paradise is at the heart of Haeundae, so you can walk to a...More
Great hotel, enjoyed the pool and hot pools, great access to casino, great restaurants and pub, great shopping here, the best access to the beach, awesome service. Highly recommend this place for a short stay
I have stayed here on business many times before but never during high season. Despite it being really busy the exec lounge was really quiet and the beach was busy but never felt crowded. The beach was immaculately groomed and prepared for chilling out. I...More
Staffs were amazing. Rooms are not big but beds were very comfy and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Easy access to beach is a plus, but no beach amenities were provided by hotel. Overall, it was wonderful and Heaundae offers lots of eatery and...More

There is an airport shuttle bus, that tours the hotels in the Haeundae area. The route is from Domestic Airport -> International Airport -> Westin Chosun -> Novotel -> Paradise -> Return to the Airports. I dont remember the cost, but it is far cheaper than taking a taxi. And the seats are very comfortable and wide.

This isn't a jjimjilbang, so swimsuits are required in the Cimer spa area. The Cimer area has multiple hot tubs at different temperatures, but it is all outdoors so it would depend on how cold tolerant you are whether or not using it in December would work. I think it's be awesome, personally. As for tattoos, I have several and did not have a problem, but Koreans do tend to dress more modestly (i.e., long sleeved shirts) in the pool areas. I do not think there would be an issue with tats, but if it is truly concerning, you could email the hotel to ask. There is a traditional western spa/sauna where you can get massages that I did not visit, so I do not know specifics about that.
