Hotel is strategically located. Convienient if you want to take bus, subway or even the KTX train. Surrounded with cafes, stores and walking distance to Texas Street and their subway Busan station. The negative part of it is the late check in at 4pm. Hotel staff would not even give 15 minutes early check in. Rudely asked us to sit at the lobby. Their staff need to be trained to be more friendly and equipped with basic front line "tools". We were not informed of what to expect when we collected the room card. We had to call to ask for wifi password and what time to check out. Other than, this hotel is perfect. Spacious room and toilet. No wardrobe thoough.

We stayed here for one week. The location is pretty nice and you are well connected. The bed is very comfortable but the towels in the rooms a so small - are there only very tiny persons as guests in the hotel. The staff was friendly but the English was very limited! That is really a mess for a hotel.

The hotel location is great. Very near to Busan Station. Big room BUT I was battling with a MOZZIE and what is lacking in the room is bedroom slipper and the pillow case. The casing is rough and uncomfortable (like the bed runner). Had to put a towel over the pillow.

I just found out that you can rent a room for a short time, which means this place is just like another love motels in South Korea. It also indicates that no early check in is possible and when you ask them to keep the luggage, the first thing the owner says is that they will not be responsible for it no matter what. As a Korean, there is a reason you choose Hotel, not another love motel that are everywhere in Korea. I highly doubt that they pay much attention to the hygiene.

Pros: Great Location. It was 3 mins from Busan station which is next to KTX station. We booked a family room for six, each of us has a single bed, place is spacious enough and was value for money. There was also a big bathtub. Cons: No hangers in the bathroom. No wardrobe/ hangers in the room itself. Basically, clothes have to be in your luggage or all over the place. Overall: The hotel reopened in Sep 2019. A pleasant stay.

This hotel is really good location, walk 4 minutes from Busan Station,have many restaurants & mini marts around the hotel, close to Busan Subway Station, hotel room is very big and comfortable. It's really great for our first time in Busan.

Proximity to Busan Station is the qualification for this newly built hotel that has just basic necessities provided for .Check in is swift and internet works well .From station exit from exit 1 and turn left and keep walking 3-5 minutes . The floor of room is uneven up and down to bathroom . And yes you are expected to take bath and dry your self with hand towel no bath towels are provided and on asking for one are told to do with the hand towel kept in the room. No iron is provided . All in all expensive for services provided .

It's actually appears to be a motel closely located near the Busan train station ,,a walking distance ,, and the in front of the hotel u can rail track and hear the train passing, even Texas street not far from here and lots of food option available nearby

The room was clean upon checking in. Unlike the hotels I used to stay, the housekeeping is different. On the first day, we have to request and subsequently, we reminded the staff at the counter. Do not expect much. They only change the towels (hand towels instead of bath towels given), empty the dustbin and replenish bottled water. As we are given a low floor, at night, there will be noise from people outside plus the noise from the railway track could be heard but still can tolerate. :) Other than that, my experience here was rather good. It's located near to Busan KTX station and Busan metro station (different stations). There's night stalls selling good at night just outside the hotel and quite a number of restaurants located at the back of the hotels. The size of the room is just nice for us. The bathroom is super big. My children love the night bathtub. However, there's no hooks for you to hang clothes n towels, hence have to hang them outside next to the sink. The problem is that although both toilet n bathroom has an individual door each(no locks), there's no door leading to the sink, in another word, you will be exposed when reaching for your towel n clothings. There's floor heater hence fun need to worry about the cold weather. The bed is hard and comfortable. Each bed has its own blanket n a pillow. Besides free bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, facial wash n toner plus water boiler are provided. Oh ya, the room had a super big TV, 61"?? Overall review I don't mind coming back again but will bring my own hooks for the bathroom. Kids love it. I believe even with elderlys you can choose this hotel. …

This place is in a convenient location, easily accessable to the underground metro, trains , buses and limosine bus to the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good wifi. Good value for money We needed help with our baggage storage in the next hotel in Busan. We didnt want to lug all our luggage to Jeju Island. So we asked the reception to call the Airport Hotel to explain our situation and he was very helpful to sort out our problem with that hotel. Highly recommended.
