I thought a lot about deciding this residence becasue of reviews. More than I was worried, the staff here is very kind (unfortunately no flunt in English but still I could understand them). Facilities, of course we had to share the public space with resident but that was fair enough to enjoy this facilities. The View is of course excellent and fantastic!!! I never seen this kind of view anywhere in the world!!!

It is not an hotel. Just Appartment for rental. So the service is zero. Difficult to find the place, no reception desk, No people available to welcome you and show your Appartment. The staff is not at professional. You have understood: it is only a money machine for Korean tourists in Haeundae. Strongly not recommended for foreigners.

The reception is a disaster and the service quality is zero. In addition the GRAND LCT Residence is not fair. I arrived one day late because I add a confusion in my reservation. And I didn't received any notice before by email just after the date to notice me me that my credit card will be charged... Conclusion: not recommanded for Foreigners. Too much Korean style and money oriented. Big risk to feel like a sheep to shear.

There are so many things that need improvement, from check-in to check-out. Think of it as a characterless Airbnb condo with little to no service or amenity provided. It's also super difficult to navigate inside the skyscraper -- which is also a hassle to get to from the rest of the city.
