Oh my! What a great hotel! We splurged a bit and got the corner-room (harbor view) and what a great choice: the room as floor-to-cealing windows, you get an almost 200 deg view. the hotel is walking distance to downtown eateries and fish market (around 10-15min) and hence very practical. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would def. come again. Honestly: the only downside... the "bar" area in the room is not a bar but actually the bathroom-sink, since the (close-door) shower-toilet room itself has no sink in it. For non-Koreans this may be a bit startling (no divider between shower and toilet, if you splash-splash while showering, the whole bathroom floor gets wet). But this is quite normal in Korea one gets quickly used to it. Fair warning: if you go to the roof-top bar, great view!, don't order the wine. It's "wine-in-a-glass" prepackaged wine in a disposable plastic glass with an aluminium top you remove before drinking. all 4 of us deemed the wine totally utterly non-drinkable. Stay with the beer, our tip.

Thoroughly enjoyed the King suite. It had a wonderful view and a terrific bathroom with a great shower and bathtub for my wife. I would have given this a higher review if the breakfast was at all tolerable. It’s not. Don’t bother with the breakfast. They were able to keep our luggage before the room was ready and they held the luggage after check out so that we could spend more time exploring the city which was terrific. I recommend

This hotel is definitely overrated. What's the point of being instagrammable if the service is so poor? Of all the hotels we stayed in South Korea, this was the worse. The girl in the front desk who checked us in was rude. There is absolutely no customer service in this hotel. Before arriving to South Korea, I emailed the hotel at least twice and never got a reply. I tried calling and it's all in Korean. I would NOT recommend staying in this hotel. It's very disappointing and we wished we had stayed somewhere else.

Read good reviews and decided to stay at this hotel. It is located near subway and bus stop which will require a few hundred metres on foot to walk. Room has good view though the room is not well maintained. If you emphasize on location and convenience, this may not be the place as there are many options that are more convenient.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Beautiful views from the rooms, cafe and rooftop. Very Instagrammable hotel. I stayed in the nicest suites — wrap around view with balcony has amazing views and also the jacuzzi room. Both are very nice and recommended. Special shout-out to marketing director Minji for everything. She’s a great person and made our stay very wonderful.

Fairly new hotel in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Busan, apparently to bring new life there. Great views over the port and several bridges, especially spectacular at night from the roof-top terrace. Unfortunately, terrace can only be visited when consuming drink from the bar. And the bar is extremely expensive, even for coffee or local beer.

Probably the best views of Busan from any hotel in the region. Excellent hotel, great location with stunning views (harbour side). Lotte department store is just across the bridge, so is Busan Tower, and one of the biggest markets in Busan.

This hotel provides amazing views and it is a very new and comfortable hotel. It was actually better then we expected - very clean, lovely surroundings and the staff were just so professional . The service was Ana I g and so were the restaurants and bars. I want to commend Ann the manager of the 3rd floor buffet restaurant! She was so professional and provided real customised service during a storm ! We had only 40 minutes for lunch till closing time and yet she ensured we had all we needed. Her team were friendly and accommodating - a great leader ! We enjoyed our stay in Busan, everyone is so friendly but this hotel really provides great views comfort, elegance at a great price ! Plus the service from the chamber maids , restaurant staff to the reception staff were impeccable! Even the convenience store located on the premise had great staff! Epitome of great service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location is near the Busan train station, quite far from Haewoondea. The Jagalchi market is near the hotel. But where ever you go from the hotel , you need a car. It always takes time for the elevator. The view was amazing.
