When asking the staff to book a taxi, they seemed a little put-out, so maybe that was out of the ordinary for their guests. The reception staff used their own personal accounts to order our taxis. Which was lovely but surely unnecessary.

English was not understood all the time by the staff. So maybe they should make that clear when booking.

The breakfast buffet selection was bad for price paid. They gave tried to cater to international guests, but failed, as the selection was dry and looked old. The local cuisine looked fresh and tasted great.

Lots of mosquitos in the room!

Good sized room. The bathroom was small and the drainage in the bathroom was terrible. The shower would overflow to the toilet (next to the shower) and sink area. They floor would be soaking wet for anyone wanting to use the bathroom after anyone having a shower. It also took forever for the water to drain out. After taking a shower in the morning. On my return to the room later that afternoon, the floor was still wet!
Size of towels.

Location was great. Very near to markets and shopping areas. Room was airy and very clean. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They let us stay and use the free wi-fi for two hours after we've checked out. We had a problem with our hotel booking in another city and were desperately looking for replacements. They even offered to help us get reservations. Only let down was the breakfast. It is the same everyday. They can improve by having the same menu every week but different every day.

GnB the pretty flash hotel. It surrounded by shopping, shopping and more shopping. You can walk and find all the shopping you need like the Gukje market, Jagalchi market, kkangtong night market, Bosu Book street, Biff square and even walking distance to Lotte department store.
Room pretty nice and we on the 10th floor with the city views. Bathroom got that rain shower so you feel like fresh in the rain. The breakfast at the hotel was alright but nothing too special, they got the coffee machine that makes all the different coffees, i dranked like 6 coffees. All in all this hotel pretty good if you like to get your shop on and maybe like the nightlife jams in Busan.

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in a family room with 2 king beds. Room and amenities are quite clean and comfortable except that the window facing Busan tower was covered with a blind that cannot be totally drawn so the summer sun shone on our bed as early as 6am. We had to cover the large window with parts of the blanket to enjoy a good sleep. Bathroom was ok but the unpleasant thing is, without any partition from the shower area, the water would wet the entire bathroom floor after a shower. Though it's a 7 min walk to the nearest metro station, the Gukje Market just diagonal us and BIFF plus other attractions just nearby is indeed a great convenience!

I spent two nights at the GNB and am only sorry that I didn't have more time there. Yes the location was great but it really was everything about the homey feeling I had there. The wonderful soft scent in the elevator, the beautiful lobby, great beds and linens. Excellent WiFi, English TV shows, yes we don't come to Korea to watch TV but after a day running around sightseeing it really helps me relax. But I must say the the service I received from the staff, especially Mr Ryan Yoon, sales director who went way above and beyond to help this older single women. The service he provided was incredible which was a wonderful example that is set for the rest of the great staff, including the hotel manager. After reading this why won't anyone want to stay at the GNB, I sure wouldn't think of going anywhere else in Busan

Paid more than Shilla Stay in Seoul. So my wife and I expected some things to be nice enough to justify the price. Room had bad view, bathroom with shower only. Later on found out that we were charged way more than other guests. When my wife was at the front desk, a walk-in tourist asked the front staff about availability and rate, and the price quoted was about half of what we paid. My wife asked how that was possible and the staff started stuttering and had no answer. Later on when we spoke to the manager, he apologized and yet had no intention of refunding us. He offered a free taxi to the airport the next morning, which also proves that they were hiding something. Understand that they want to lower the price to sell whatever they can, but not to this extent. Will never go back to this hotel and do not recommend it to others either. Amenities not bad overall, but, if you do decide to go, I suggest you compare the price and do not get ripped off. Originally booked it through a reputable booking site (not trip advisor), so we trusted the price. Mistake.

People outside Busan, even if you live in Korea, want to go to Jagalchi(자갈치) market and Gukje(국제)market and Bupyong market to enjoy seafood, shopping, and all kinds of cheap and delicious street food. This hotel is within 5 min. walk from those areas and very clean, price-efficient (does not mean it is cheap). The room is sufficiently spacious.

The only thing that I was not satisfied with was breakfast. It cost $10 but with that price, you can find many other good food from that area thus I do not recommend "breakfast-included" option unless you are Japanese.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel double room. Overall the location is good and easy access to the metro. Room is quite big. As other people's comment the green exit board was too bright so we have asked for the cover in advance. Thus the problem had been solved. The front desk staffs are helpful to book taxi for us to everywhere we want. The hotel is near a market and you can get plenty of food/stuffs from there which is good.

This is my first time in Busan. Delight to choose Gnb Hotel. The concierge is quite large and the staffs are all nice. We have booked a twin beds room and it was larger than other hotels we had been in Korea especially the restroom and the bed size. Overall it was very tidy and comfortable room. One more thing need to mention is there is a light sensor in front of the restroom so that we can switch off all the lights and sleep very well at night.

The only thing i dislike which is unchangeable is the location Nearby the night food market, I have saw some pornographic advertisement in that area. I think it will bring out negative thinking for tourists. And it also not close to the train station and need to walk around 10-15 minutes to hotel.

Very good location if you want to stay in the west side of Busan thanks to proximity of Gukje Market, Jagalchi Market and broader Nampodong area. Normally I would stay at another hotel but found this one better (albeit slightly higher price but still cheap) and probably saved money on not needing to get taxis. Plenty of convenience stores, bank ATM and restaurants nearby - the market has pretty much anything you'd need to buy.

Condition of the rooms was very good and the staff are very friendly. The only minor gripe we had was that one or two days they opted not to wash the glasses in our room for some reason. Also, first world problem, I found the pillows a bit too 'puffy'.
