When asking the staff to book a taxi, they seemed a little put-out, so maybe that was out of the ordinary for their guests. The reception staff used their own personal accounts to order our taxis. Which was lovely but surely unnecessary. English was not understood all the time by the staff. So maybe they should make that clear when booking. The breakfast buffet selection was bad for price paid. They gave tried to cater to international guests, but failed, as the selection was dry and looked old. The local cuisine looked fresh and tasted great. Lots of mosquitos in the room! Good sized room. The bathroom was small and the drainage in the bathroom was terrible. The shower would overflow to the toilet (next to the shower) and sink area. They floor would be soaking wet for anyone wanting to use the bathroom after anyone having a shower. It also took forever for the water to drain out. After taking a shower in the morning. On my return to the room later that afternoon, the floor was still wet! Size of towels.

Location was great. Very near to markets and shopping areas. Room was airy and very clean. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. They let us stay and use the free wi-fi for two hours after we've checked out. We had a problem with our hotel booking in another city and were desperately looking for replacements. They even offered to help us get reservations. Only let down was the breakfast. It is the same everyday. They can improve by having the same menu every week but different every day.

GnB the pretty flash hotel. It surrounded by shopping, shopping and more shopping. You can walk and find all the shopping you need like the Gukje market, Jagalchi market, kkangtong night market, Bosu Book street, Biff square and even walking distance to Lotte department store. Room pretty nice and we on the 10th floor with the city views. Bathroom got that rain shower so you feel like fresh in the rain. The breakfast at the hotel was alright but nothing too special, they got the coffee machine that makes all the different coffees, i dranked like 6 coffees. All in all this hotel pretty good if you like to get your shop on and maybe like the nightlife jams in Busan.

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in a family room with 2 king beds. Room and amenities are quite clean and comfortable except that the window facing Busan tower was covered with a blind that cannot be totally drawn so the summer sun shone on our bed as early as 6am. We had to cover the large window with parts of the blanket to enjoy a good sleep. Bathroom was ok but the unpleasant thing is, without any partition from the shower area, the water would wet the entire bathroom floor after a shower. Though it's a 7 min walk to the nearest metro station, the Gukje Market just diagonal us and BIFF plus other attractions just nearby is indeed a great convenience!

I stayed in GnB with my family for 3 days 2 nights. The rooms sizes are reasonable and located in a very convenient spot. It takes ard 30 ~ 40 mins by taxi from airport or within an hr by airport shuttle bus without traffic condition. The Int'l market just opposite and Busan Tower in walking distance. Busan Cultural Village also very close to the hotel. It save a lot of time to travel around. Staff are very nice and helpful for reserving taxi and advices on travelling direction.

OK if you are staying for a night. I would not stay any longer. Room was dark, perhaps because I was at a corner room. Carpet was dirty (stains) even at the lifts but also in the rooms. Walls was also dirty (dried boogers on the wall! No one fixed it during my stay - I consequently just avoided touching anything as much as possible). It looks very dated for a new hotel (built in 2015 I understand)! No bathtub but on hindsight this is a good thing (I wouldn't use the tub there!) The last one is minor - but there is no washing machines in the hotel, closest laundry shop is 15 minutes away. It would be a plus to have something. Only plus is the location - even then the area (Jagalchi Market, Kkangtong Market, BIFF etc, can be covered fairly quickly within a day) Nearby there is Marcher Hotel which goes for the same rates, looks very modern (from pictures), has bathtubs/jacuzzi. I didn't book it as it is non-refundable at base rate, double the price for free cancellation. Probably still worth the add on fee on hindsight. My stay was the letdown of my trip

Highly recommended to stay here if you ever come to a Busan. The location is great, walking distance to subway, only a block away from the well known Night market and international market. 10 minutes from Bifi shopping area. There are so many restaurants just minutes away.

Paid more than Shilla Stay in Seoul. So my wife and I expected some things to be nice enough to justify the price. Room had bad view, bathroom with shower only. Later on found out that we were charged way more than other guests. When my wife was at the front desk, a walk-in tourist asked the front staff about availability and rate, and the price quoted was about half of what we paid. My wife asked how that was possible and the staff started stuttering and had no answer. Later on when we spoke to the manager, he apologized and yet had no intention of refunding us. He offered a free taxi to the airport the next morning, which also proves that they were hiding something. Understand that they want to lower the price to sell whatever they can, but not to this extent. Will never go back to this hotel and do not recommend it to others either. Amenities not bad overall, but, if you do decide to go, I suggest you compare the price and do not get ripped off. Originally booked it through a reputable booking site (not trip advisor), so we trusted the price. Mistake.

On our tour of South Korea with stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had not much other choice because most of the hotels were fully booked due to a public holiday (children's day). Other hotels, such as the Lotte, were available for about 400 USD per night. We choose the hotel among the few available based on the good reviews. Arriving at Busan station we took a taxi (about 5'000 won). We showed the name of the hotel in Korean to the taxi driver and he had to search on his GPS but was finally able to locate the hotel. The receptionist told us that taxis had sometimes problems finding the hotel. The best is to have the name in Korean for the taxi driver. The nearest metro is Jalgachi but it's not really convenient if you have luggage, you need to walk for a while. The hotel is in the Nambo district (lively and noisy with shops, restaurants famous for its fish) and other markets, among which the famous fish market, Jalgachi. The hotel is new. Check-in was easy and personnel very kind with little but sufficient knowledge of English to handle check-in and out, providing directions, etc. Our room was on the highest floor and was rather spacious. Toilet and bathroom (shower) were together, and the whole bathroom, including the space were the toilet is, gets flooded when taking a shower (korean style shower). We had an issue with air conditioning. We just could not regulate it even with the help of a kind person at the reception. The air condition kept switching off in the middle of the night and the room got very hot. It was so hot we woke up, did something to the air-con to make it work, and after a hour or so, it stopped, etc. etc. In addition, the location of the air conditioning was not accurate because we got the cold air blowing directly on the bed and our faces. As other people's commented the green exit board was too bright. We had paid for breakfast but I suggest you avoid taking it because they cater mainly for Asian travelers, who seemed to be very pleased with it (cooked food). There was only one choice of cereals (taste old), artificial orange juice, and some bread (sweet), the coffee machine produced sweet coffee even if you pushed the less sugar coffee button. We left breakfast hungry... I would suggest not taking the breakfast if you are European, there are places outside, Paris Baguette, etc. They also put the level of the music so loud in the breakfast room that we could hardly speak to each other. The hotel is out of the way of the city's main temple sights, such as Beomeosa, Seokbulsa, Haedong Yonggungsa, as well as Haeundae Beach, Centum City Mall, ...If you want to visit these places expect to spend more than one hour underground each way with the metro, usually 20 to 25 stops and then sometimes taking a connecting bus with another 15-40 minutes ride. So, if you are not an early bird, forget combining two temples in a day, it is just to much time spend in the metro and at the end you do not see much of the city. Overall a mixed experience, spacious and clean room but air-con issue which prevented us from a good night sleep and breakfast not our taste and lastly too far away from main sights.

People outside Busan, even if you live in Korea, want to go to Jagalchi(자갈치) market and Gukje(국제)market and Bupyong market to enjoy seafood, shopping, and all kinds of cheap and delicious street food. This hotel is within 5 min. walk from those areas and very clean, price-efficient (does not mean it is cheap). The room is sufficiently spacious. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was breakfast. It cost $10 but with that price, you can find many other good food from that area thus I do not recommend "breakfast-included" option unless you are Japanese.
