Upon our arrival the hotel had an envelope for each person in our group of 46 with our room key and luggage tags. Once the bus was unloaded we attached our luggage sticker with our room number and the porters brought our bags to our room. They really did a great job! This hotel is four stars just for the...

The hotel offers comfortable and luxurious It should be noted also quite spacious. We stayed in a room facing the Sea of Galilee, view from the window was relaxing. The food plentiful, fresh and varied. The surrounding area is also very pleasant note the excellent spa place. More surrounding area water slides in a variety of sizes and quiet beach....

Ever want to re-live the fabulous 70's - well it's all here at Gai. Think burnt orange and lime green rainbows...yes, this is a time capsule of sorts. If you love syrup-embalmed canned fruit for breakfast and powdered eggs, this is your hotel! Yet...it is not inexpensive and for a "phive" star hotel, it is profoundly underwhelming...for example: no wash...

I loved this hotel. I was there from September 4-7, 2014. The hotel is right on the Sea of Galilee. The view is spectacular. The staff was nice and courteous. I was on a tour with a group of over 600. We arrived on a bus and check in was great. The food was good. My room was adequate. It...

Rooms and public areas simply furnished. Good pools (but odd opening times - open at 9 close at 6). Food okay, especially salads and starters; mains average. Staff not friendly except for a few. Useful hotel without a lot of atmosphere or customer care

checked in during the evening with a tour group of 70 people. luggage was completely handled by the hotel staff right off the Bus. check in had already been done between the tour operator and hotel and we were dining with a good meal along the sea of Galilee within 15 minutes of our arrival. Rooms were a little dated...

The rooms are very out of date, have a bizarre mold mixed with shawarma smell, and overall the hotel is very noisy. The hotel staff genuinely does not want to help you in any way. One example- I asked the front desk employee if he had a lighter so I could light my cigarette outside. He said he did not...

We stayed here with a large tour group. Such a beautiful hotel, right on the Sea of Galilee! The only ok aspect was the food - it was good but nothing special. Other than that, it was a great hotel! Looking forward to go back.

We stayed here with a tour group when we visited this area. It was a pleasant hotel and the staff was very courteous. We had a patio that overlooked the Sea of Galilee, and that is a wonderful view. The rooms seemed a little tired, but not bad - older than what we are used to in the U.S., but...
