The other reviewers are not making this up the place is truly disgusting. There are too numerous things that are wrong with this hotel but it is basically hardly ever cleaned. There is literally dirt everywhere you go and it can get quite awful for example excrement smeared over the toilets near the pool. In fairness, the rooms themselves aren't...

Stayed for one night on a tour. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well done and modern. Breakfast was decent with many options. The view from the window of the room was amazing, definitely the highlight. The conference room center in the basement left a lot to be desired. Very dimmly lit and much like a basement...

We found the hotel very dirty. The towels were not clean but when we complained we were given fresh clean towels. The breakfast was poor and everything looked dirty. Our pillows were so old that the stuffing was in little clumps. The rooms are big and roomy with a nice view. Had an incredible meal at a restaurant called "decka"...

We visited this hotel in June 2015 and although the hotel is OK+ the staff and service get a raving 11 out of 10. The food is great - Breakfast, like only the Israelis know how to serve - in abundance. Dinner (if you take half board) is delicious and you can't go wrong with any of the dishes. As...

Very helpful staff to our group. Hotel a bit tired in parts, but rooms very comfortable. No balcony, but good views over the Sea of Galilee from some rooms. Food great. Merav in the coffee bar very helpful and friendly.

1. The Rooms/Improvements. Like all TripAdvisor fanatics, I read the reviews of this hotel and had expected an affordable hotel with some need for improvement (including, being a little dated, having uncomfortable linens, etc.). I booked it with all this in mind given how affordable it was and the nice location. Having arrived, I was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Entering the...

Been there with my family (2 rooms) at winter, the rooms were fine but the facilities was open only at 10:00. so basicly you have nice weather outside but the pool and access to the private beach is closed and you need to wait for the lifeguards to arrive to access anything.

Had to be in the area and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The rooms are bare bones. Decent bed. Working shower. Good free wifi. Clean and tidy. The breakfast was very generous and rich with selection. The location is a little off the beaten track but central enough. A/C was not strong enough but kept the...

The hotel was clean, the rooms a good size, the beds comfortable, but it's dated. The food was mostly fine, but it was evident they served the same dish 2-3 nights in a row. By the 3rd night, some of them were in unappealing to say the least. It wasn't all bad though. They had a nice selection of salads,...

For a supposedly Four Star hotel, it did not measure up. The linens are low grade; the towels left each day were never the same number or size; the A/C is POOR; and, the food from Day 1 was reheated on Day 2 and Day 3. The hotel is located a reasonable walking distance from the downtown area, but the...
