Been there ten years ago changes are for the worst. Pros. The exterior nice and quiet with huge potential. Cons. poor maintenance, room's décor is tired, hot tub in the room broken in some places.outside not clean and not well kept. beware there is no proper restaurant for dinner in the hotel or compound. In the hotel there is a... More

In the summer it's just an average vacation venue, but this is probably the best winter time resort in the country. Highly recommended when it gets a bit cold. Excellent SPA, good food, neat and very pleasant. That being said, Value for money is so-so.

The only possible comparison of this hotel to any star system would be to a dead star. This hotel is beyond its peak (if there was ever such) and the countdown to renovation is close than ever. Been to the hotel with a large group of family members and we took 6 rooms. In some rooms there was a problem... More

Worst experience I've ever had. The place is a mess, the food is below average and the staff rude. After paying in full for my room, I was asked to pay for my dinner in full on the spot - seems like they don't understand that having a credit card on file means no one can run away with their... to begin with - this is a prison, not a resort place. Each time you come in front of the hotel's entrance to the parking lot, which is far away from the hotel, you are obliged to call by phone the reception and ask them to send a trolley to open up the gate and pick you up from the... More

The worst hotel spa i ever been to, very bad service , unprofessional, dirty with very low maintenance. They have no idea how to give service and since the owner of the place is kibutz they actually dont care. I wish that i new that before i could have save weekend and money. Dont go !!!!

We came for 2 nights - a couple with 2 kids. The whole place looks amazing, very quiet and relaxing. The natural hot springs within the hotel property is very private, which is in contrary to the public hot springs area which are cowded and noisy. The restaurant: very small, however the crew is very friendly and the food is... More

This is a nice place for couples during the winter and i would avoid it in summer or with kids because of the thermal waters. It could be really great with a deep renewal- It has a potential to be a great and unique boutique hotel indeed . Spa , pools, restaurant and rooms need an urgent update.

We spent one night at the site. The small details were defective from the start.... We had to wait 15 minutes untill the parking gate was opened... Than, no bath robes were available. At the riom, the age of tge sute gave it signals.... The safe was defective and the handyman of the hotel did not succeed to fix it.... More

The natural spring Sulphur water is a True gem The hotel is on the other hand somewhat run down And not very impressive especially given the fact That it's priced at hundreds of dollars per night This is however your only option if you want to try the thermal water
