I celebrated my 29 birthday with my husband in the hotel, It was a perfect vacation, the room was very clean, dinner was amazing - a lot of choices.. they have very big pool and the huge advantage is that they have a direct access to the sea of the galilee. The staff was really nice and helpful for example they help my husband arrange balloons in the room. Very recommended!

Dear hotel management! we see that you try to be good and boutique, but unfortunately our staying was disgusting. The price for family number (1 room, and added additional bad, no terrace) 2600 shekels (breakfast included, but dinner - 200$ without wine or alcohol, and it wasn’t tasty). It was Shabbat (Suturday), we arrived at 12, reception asked us to wait till 4 pm (the normal check in time after Shabbat is 6 pm!!!!) and use all hotel facilities. and it was a bad idea. it was a terrible heat, plus 36 degrees, all beach lodgers were busy. warm swimming pool fulled of people. The plus is - the own access to the Kineret beach, small piece of the beach with limited access to swim. Amazing news is that at 6pm all facilities close! pool bar (with a super slow girl) closes, beach and swimming pool too. And only at 6:40 pm we got our number. We see a lot of angry people on reception not getting their rooms till the late evening! Guys, if you have such a problems every Shabbat, don’t you thing you need to fix it, hire more employees (on reception, clean service, outside clean service). Your room service girls wear a dirty dresses, by the evening your territory turns into a heap of garbage, the trash cans are overflowing, no one cleans up, bottles are everywhere, in the swimming pool a hairs floating. do you know that in Italy, for example, it is strictly forbidden to swim with your hair loose. your room service has no menu with the food you can order to your room. they offered us only cheese and fruits plate. we couldn’t ordered from the restaurant menu. We recently spent 1 night at U Boutique Kinneret. It is a lovely hotel, beautifully appointed in a most scenic location on the shore of the Sea of Galilee. Very comfortable clean rooms and great breakfast buffet. I wish we could have spent more time there.

A stylish new boutique hotel in Tiberias. One of the best hotels you can find there. Nice rooms, good food and very friendly staff. Tropical garden and a big swimming pool providing relaxing atmosphere on the shore of lake Genezereth.
