Great location. Great fitness facility. Good food. Convenient parking. Rooms not as nice as the rest of the facility but adequate and acceptable. Great value if you use the fitness facility or need a central base to travel the country

A friendly hotel. undated but big rooms. Very quiet place, which was very nice. Nice breakfast and dinner. I recommend this hotel for business and also for vacation. Nothing extraordinary but good for an average class hotel.

Jaffa is closer by far than Jerusalem from where you will be. You would certainly be able to enjoy Old Jaffa in a half day. In my opinion you would need to be able you commit an entire day for Jerusalem.
