We stayed at this hotel over a weekend with our elderly parents. The staff was polite and helpful. The view from both of our rooms was gorgeous. The guests at the hotel were from all walks of life - Jews, non-Jews, religious and not religious. It was nice to see everyone getting along. The hotel was religious-friendly but gave the...

The room was big and very nice, but the workers had bad attitude and wouldn't explain to us things we didn't understand in the check in process. Also, we wanted some cups to the room and the room service said it would be 19₪ if they will come to the room, way too much to pay for some empty cups......

We stayed in the two bedroom suite with our teenage children and we all loved it. We had a beautiful ocean view, a large porch, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and having a kitchenette was very useful. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful at every point, at check in, at the meals and even in...

Well-intentioned management. Friendly staff. Food varies from really awful when cheap groups are staying, to good if you are on a lucky night. Breakfasts always good. Rooms lovely and face the sea. Quirky lengthwise split tiny duvets on double beds need to be thrown out of the windows. Useless! This Passover the organisation was really excellent, even down to listed...

we thought that it would be a good idea to stay there as a couple for one night (Friday) during the weekend, from past experience that we had with the kids. Staff was really excellent and very efficient. Any request that we had was fulfilled at a timely manner. 4 things still ruined the experience. 1- Crowdy and very loud...

Don't waste your money by going to a Eddies program. Paid $9000, for what's maybe worth $6000. Yes the hotel and pool is nice, but that is about it. We are from America and hold 2 days of Yom Tov and unfortunately we had no minyan the second day when we were told otherwise, or a Yom tov meal. We...

This is a mid size hotel with rooms as suites- a small living room space with separate bedroom and a mini kitchen (ours had absolutely NO utensils- probably due to kosher concerns). The rooms look out onto the vast endless expanse of the Mediterraneab Sea- what could be better? I thought that it was OK- I was happy with the...

Been to the hotel with my wife after our wedding. The room was very good but we didn't need thia kind of room, could have smaller - the reservation could told us about it. Because we didn't used the breakfest due the late time we arrived, we asked at the reception to change it to a few bottels of water...

Frankly this is the best I had stayed during my 9 days in israel. Although it was just one night, the room was so spacious. Two toilets, a kitchen, living room and soft beds! Room had hair dryer.. the food in the hotel was pretty good and the buffet had latte. What I really liked is that the concerige was...
