Great place to stay - it is a beautiful place, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. The host, Emil, is extremely friendly with a deep sense of hospitality and extends all manners of assistance to the guests. He is always there with a smile and a ready answer for all your questions. We were really happy to be there and had...

I had the displeasure of staying at Al-Mutran in August 2012. My two friends and I had booked two separate rooms for a total of 5 nights. We shortened our stay to just one night since the hotel was very dirty (bathroom, common areas, e.g., hair inside refrigerator). To make matters worse, the hotel management was in denial about how...

We are very sorry that this guest had a bad experience at Al-Mutran. We like all our guests to leave satisfied from their stay with us. We should say that that the bedrooms, lobby areas etc are cleaned meticulously on a daily basis. Guests who experience problems should approach our staff or management and we will always go out of...

I have traveled quite a bit and this was my favorite place that I have ever stayed at. I loved the fact that I was staying in an old Arab home. Most of the building furnishings appear to be authentic. I felt like I stepped back in time. It was clean with new bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious, middle eastern, and...

All the common areas are nicely decorated. You feel like in ninety century. You have all you can imagine in a decent budget backpacker guest-house. Good breakfast. A nice host. But this is all budget. It is light years from a boutique hotel. The rooms are tiny, dark no place for the luggage, hear barking dogs from the neighbouring square....

Lois G Al-Mutran is a beautiful guest house with a history of its own. It's within the 'old city' part of Nazareth, within walking distance of several interesting spots including a market & historic mosque as well as several good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very keen to share their knowledge of Palestinian culture and traditions. This...

This is a welcoming and friendly guest house where nothing is too much trouble, and it was a bonus to have tea and coffee making facilities. It was lovely to have breakfast sitting outside in the sunshine, especially as omelettes were made to order as you enjoyed the other delicacies on offer. Al-Mutran is within walking distance of the special...

The welcome at this guest house was typical of Palestinian Arab hospitality; kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A cup of tea/coffee is just what you want at the end of a tiring journey and this was provided. The double room was very comfortable and having told the rest of my group that there would not be any...
