On one hand friendly people on the other its way over priced. Could be that you pay for the location otherwise can’t get how it is priced for 1100 NIS per night excluding breakfast... it has a nice pool and 2 min walk from the beach. Other than that it is poorly maintained. Old kitchen appliances, not that comfy beds. In my view 600 ILS is the max you should pay for such on a weekend/night/couple.

Our second stay at Okeanos on the Beach (aka B'Marina). This time with multiple family members, mainly children. The fantastic pool, and the proximity of a marvellous beach ( stars Beach, a one minute walk) kept everyone occupied over a 5 day stay. In addition, the Marina and Mall with all their facilities are adjacent. Staff (lead by Yafit) are unobtrusive, but pleasant and helpful when required, and the apartments are fully furnished and equipped. Highly recommended.

The place is very low maintained. Everything is dirty and old. The service is awful! Nobody cares about the guests. The pool is dirty, rooms are dirty, kitchen is unusable at all! You have so much choices in Herzliya buy the beach - this should not be the one! No value for money. Will never come back. Not recommended! Really a dump place.

Spacious comfortable room, sea view was gorgeous, (definitely worthwhile to pay extra for sea view). Strongly recommended. Enjoyed the coffee in the room as well. Since this building was really built as an apartment building, by Israeli law every apartment as to have a fortified "protected" room, which makes this "aparthotel" very spacious (one can keep their suitcases etc.in that extra room.) We'll be back!
