Kfar Hanokdim is an oasis (in every sense) in the middle of the Judean / Negev desert. The owners went out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay. The room was great, the food was great and the view of Masada was awesome. You cannot beat the dinner and breakfast and the personnel is fantastic. Take the...

Our visit here began with a thirty minute camel ride. Our camel had personality. It would have been a fun experience, if not for a couple things beyond the control of the place. First I was swatting at a bug and dropped my water bottle, so my recommendation is don't bring anything with you for the ride! (I did get...

I LOVED my visit to this camp and the ride on the camels. I highly recommend this place. It will not disappoint! We had a special visit with a Bedouin lady who talked freely about her culture and her personal experiences as a woman. Awesome.

I stayed here for one night with my 8th grade pupils. It's very clean, well looked after, well organised and beautifully located. The class slept in a giant tent while the staff had excellent ensuite rooms. Strongly recommend this place for families with its animal corner, lovely clean grounds and well mapped walks, graded by difficulty of route.

Great experience in this oasis near the Dead Sea. learned drumming, bellydancing and information about the beduin way of life. Room was spacious and comfortable and food very good. May be too busy during the season though as they have the capacity to host large amounts of schools/tourists comping with buses.

I wanted a Bedouin experience! I felt misrepresented! I then understood that it was great for huge events and school encounters and big bus tours who arrive for a meal and leave. I do not think it works for couples on a smaller scale. The staff were friendly and helpful and when I asked for a Bedouin experience she did...

We stayed one night with our kids - ages 4 and 1.5 - and it was perfect. They loved the goats, the hammocks, and the bunkbed in the room. The food was wonderful. Everything was very laid back. The fire pit at night, the stargazing, the camel rides. It made traveling with kids a pleasure. By accident we left my...

We stayed at the private rooms, it was really good vacation. Clean room, facilities for fire and cooking are available and ready for use. The quite of the desert is priceless. The staff were very kind and helpful, took care for all our needs, highly recommended.

We were there as part of a large family & friends group of 150 people celebrating a batmitzva. Kfar Hanokdim is a Bedouin experience in the middle of a red desert in southern Israel. Its stunning, well run, unique and well placed for Dead Sea and Masada. Accommodation varies from huge tents to family tents, to chalets. We have 2...

Second time in Israel for my husband & me & first time for friends. Wanted to have them ride camels. This was different than our last camel place. This was more authentic, camel ride so much longer, dinner & breakfast good & plentiful, place really impressive. Loved meeting Mohammed(I think that was his name) & hearing about the Bedouin culture....
