Mr Suhardy is friendly. We had a great exp with the staff's, especially with the portals. They carried the stuffs and follow us for trekking. Their skills and techniques made me shocked. It was amazing to carry so much of things while following us. The foods prepared were nice and delicious. We can tasted the local foods here, but it... More

Besides the dirt, insect ridden room, smell of sewage from the bathroom, shower hanging out of the wall, toilet with no flush, unwashed sheets (which had a caterpillar in and stung me!), questionable food, terrible atmosphere and poor service... I am happy that I took a towel to sleep on!

We booked a trek up the Rinjani which included Fast Boat, Transport, Hotel, and the day trek experience (food, equipement, etc.). We were picked up by Hardy at the dock and got into his death trap of a van. It was all stripped which made it very loud so I inquired when we would get to the hotel. "2 hours",... More

Mr Hardy looks pretty friendly, but he doesn't care about you, just about his money.!! The rooms are discusting! No wifi at the hotel! We paid more than an average monthly salary in indonesia per person for our trek, per person!! (For 3 nights) We went there for trekking which was awesome! The guide and his porters did a perfect... Shabby place with a strange atmosphere, room does not look good, bathroom was quite okay. Most of stuff were nice. I stayed 1 night before Mt. Rinjani trek. Do not expect much and use your common sense when planning to climb 3000+ m high mountain!

Terrible rooms. Dirty and not being looked at. Bad service, also for the tour: Broken tents, matrasses, sleeping bags. Guide was quite but too young to guide. Porters work under very bad conditions and had to carry too much weight. He's just in for a quick dollar or two.
