After a week of roughing it out, this hotel was heaven for us as there was hot water and AC as well as working, flushing toilets. The beds were also comfortable and we love the pool! The room and the hotel surroundings were beautiful and the gardens were well-manicured. We had room 403 so we had a nice sea view....

Considering the mess and poor status of most buildings in Labuan Bajo, this hotel is quite outstanding, although rather 3 than 4 stars. Rooms are spacey and clean with all basic equipment and extremely big beds. WiFi is free but pretty poor. Nice garden with a lovely pool and a beautiful sea view, but the hotel beach is quite ugly...

We are so pleased we chose this hotel to stay for our 3 nights in Labuan bao. Was a pleasant surprise, the rooms were clean and spacious with a large flat screen TV that had international channels. The view from our room on the 5th floor was amazing. A comfortable bed with soft pillows and I must mention the water...

We stayed here for 3 nights. And while the rooms were clean, the washroom constantly smelt like a public washroom. The property itself is far from town and shuttle service costs 50k. Kind of annoying but wasn't too bad. The worst of all was the bugs. Breakfast buffet was SWARMING with flies and the fruit was completely covered with bugs-...

When check in, I ask for sea view, they say all of the rooms are sea view. And when I got my room. I...

We used this hotel as hub for exploring the sights in the area together with friends/family. The hotel is quite standard, not a prime location. Missed some balconies on the room. The distance to the city can be done by walking, but it's a dark street with lots of traffic. Shuttle service is available for 50kIDR, but needs to be...

The place not in a town and has to walking like 15-20 Minutes to find some foods or grocery because near by the hotel is nothing. Facilities this resort really nice with beach view and nice pool and the foods nice. Room spacious enough but the bath room too small I think on my room type. Even stay only one...

Location near Labuan Bajo center/port. Ideal departure place for Komodo. Very close also to the airport. Rooms are very big and the queen-sized beds are massive! Great mattress and perfect pillows (4 per bed). AC is working super!!! Shower has lots of pressure and very hot water. Coffeemaker in the room and satellite TV (flatscreen) with most current international channels....

Located in Jalan Pantai Pede, little bit outside of town, 10 minutes from Airport. Good food, good area, quiet and friendly staf. We was there last Christmas, the hotel have big decent swimming pool, and kids pool too...we love and enjoyed the place. We like to relax at the pool side, it was very convenience.
