We stayed here one night in deluxe room. The room wasn't ready yet when we checked in at 16.00. Cigarettes smell everywhere in non-smoking floor. They provide ashtray in non smoking rooms.... broken window handle so children can open the window. Imagine that we stayed in 8th floor. The carpet wasnt clean, i've got allergies coming people smoking indoor at...

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel like they pretend. The room had a really strong bad smell and was soooo dirty. I found termites everywhere around the room from bathroom to bed surrounding. In my room there was holes that goes to the next room, i could see in my neighbour's room, so they could too. I had...

The pool and garden arrangement is very nice, but there is no direct access from the hotel to the pool area, but you have to walk a long way around. Further, the pool is open to the public for a small fee, so on week end, it is filled with family outing people and you dont find a place for...

The hotel is very bad for a 5 star rating. In-room facilities everything looks old. my wife asked for an iron but was told by staff that this 5-star hotel has only 2 units iron. not worth the money paid.no safe box,no sanitary bag,no iron

Hello, as far as the hotel itself is situated in the center, and here probably end in the pros. Hotel very old, 70 years? Public swimming pool at which each of the outside can enter yourself in the pool, people normally bathe, wash her hair, horror. In fairly clean hotel but old and smells, antiques. Prices roomservice very decent, but...

All the reviews said it all, I don't want to add another bad review. I agree that the hotel needs a renovation, and new management, badly. The management should spend one night in a nice hotel elsewhere and see how it is run. It's a shame that the hotel is a five-star and the location is very good, right in...

The pool looked really nice but it was closed when we went to use it. The food was always luke warm and the restaurant very smokey as the non smoking area is a few tables in the corner. We did not get good wifi anywhere but in reception or the restaurant. The porters were very helpful but the reception staff...

We were "welcomed" with shocks when we check in.. rooms were not ready... no bath towels, pillowcases and floor mats were not placed. Already upon check in, we requested for rooms near-by but were not granted. As we were rushing to leave for an appointment and we needed the bath towels quickly, I called the housekeeping .. "tunggu ya, buk"...

Dusty room. Broken and dirty bath tub. Furniture old and dusty, water tap leaking and very old. Wifi only available at restaurant but terrible slow. Maybe we check in during low occupancy, Credit to restaurant staff, very friendly and attentive.

Nice large rooms, quieter on the pool side. The pool is a bit busy. The breakfast is awful and the service at the restaurant far too slow but altogether it is a good deal for the price. So a place to recommend.
