My wife and I checked in 10 August and out 11 August. Here is a short review of our experience. 1. Getting there. We secured the resort and left the ferry booking to be done a few days before the trip. The resort website was not helpful -> http://www.agrobeach.com/location.html . It mentioned only route to resort is by Tg Pinang...

You can read the full review here http://pepperminter.blogspot.sg/2012/12/bintan-agro-resort-spa-with-bonvo-travel.html Basically the entire place has only 1 spa, 1 sea sports and 1 cafe. It's a good place to really relax from hectic lifestyle but not a fantastic view from the beach. It's quiet and quite isolated. Getting to the town would be a waste of time so basically we just slacked...

The trip went sour because of the management: - No welcome drink was provided -Restaurants close at 10:30, so they expect us to eat by then. Otherwise they expect us to go hungry -They do not provide drinking water if the stay is beyond 2 days. They flatly refused me water when I asked. They stated that complimentary water service...

Stayed here during my partner's birthday and it was indeed memorable. I would like to give credits to the staffs at Sun Moon Restaurant on duty on June 3, 2013 for the arrangement they've done that made my boyfriend's bday memorable. There was no cake available but good enough that they have suggested to arrange heart-shape pancakes as alternative. My...

The resort itself was beautiful and clean, but you have to pay for any activity that you would like to join. The prices for such activities are very high too, since you basically are stuck in your resort and cannot travel outside for better prices as it is too inconvenient to do so. My friends and I just lounged at...

We wanted a short 3 day break after our Singapore vacation and chose to try out Bintan Agro Beach Resort. More than the resort, we loved the idea of the Blue Ocean Suite which is right on the waters. The spacious room with a small balcony and large windows seemed like we were right in the sea. The resort is...

I was there on Feb 2013. Initially, I was quite looking forward to another resort apart from the typical brands like Nirwana, Bintan Lagoon, etc. Part of the resort did disappoint us. In conclusion, it's like back to the basic. Simple amenities. If you are not looking for resort full of programmes, something very simple, I believe you will like...

Went there last May with a group of friends. We went from Singapore, and took the local ferry, Wavemaster, since it looked seaworthier compared to the other ferry providers like Indofalcon and Sindo. Overland transport is a killer though, since it takes about 45 mins to reach the resort. The resort is pretty beautiful, and it has great sceneries abound!...
