The hotel is clean, near Summarecon and the Whoose fast train. Lounge with delicious coffee, discounted bread at night. The room is sufficient for a small family, unfortunately the water tastes salty and it's uncomfortable to bathe in, let alone gargle, please fix it poor guest who has paid but the facilities, especially water, are not taken care of. Luckily treated with good service staff, the breakfast was complete and had lots of choices. The herbal medicine is great.

I stayed on Saturday 23 September in the Deluxe Business room on the 2nd floor, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, I happened to have a good view of Mount Manglayang, especially at night, Masya Allah, what a beautiful view 😍 there is also a free minibar in the room. The hotel is quite comfortable and strategic, close to a minimarket, there are swimming pool facilities, a mini playground, a cozy restaurant, delicious and varied b'fast, and the service of all the staff is friendly to us ☺️ To Mr. Hadiansyah and the front office team, thank you very much for your help and service during our stay at the hotel and Mr. Agus security also helped us bring quite a lot of items and helped with vallet parking (because by chance we parked the wrong way in the Al*fa retail warehouse). Housekeeping team also thank you for helping us a lot ☺️🙏 The Grand Cordella Bandung can be a place to stay or for a business trip if you visit the Soekarno Hatta area because of its strategic location and friendly service, thank you 😉

Highly recommended mountain views, clean, fragrant, comfortable rooms. The swimming pool is clean, beautiful, even though it is not too big, the swimming pool area is very comfortable. There is a kids club and the lounge is also clean and tidy. The breakfast at this hotel is very interesting and varied, I like the pastry, the restaurant layout too, excellent service for Kang Larry, offering tea, coffee, live cooking noddles and omlets too, very helpful, friendly, makes the breakfast atmosphere comfortable at the hotel This. The best business hotel in East Bandung. The location is close to the KCIC Whoose train station. Flexible, can have late check up until 13.00 just for information. The restaurant menu is ok and appropriate between quality and price. Breakfast is varied, cakes, traditional food and the best herbal medicine. All service employees have good performance. Just love it. The hotel atmosphere is also comfortable and clean.

Hotel in east Bandung, clean. Friendly staff, check is fast. Comfortable rooms, really good breakfast, especially traditional herbal medicine and liwet rice. Room service gets a promo for spiced fried chicken packages. Attend a family wedding Nisa went smoothly. The input for the lobby AC is hot even though there are many guests. Please note.

I have stayed very often at the Grand Cordela Hotel Bandung and have never been disappointed with the service. The staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean & fresh and the food at breakfast is also delicious & there are lots of variations on the menu. The coffee and pastries are also great. Comfortable hotel, good and friendly service. There are indoor and outdoor lobbies for smoking. Apart from that, there is a lobby for children to play. When you arrive you are greeted with a friendly smile from the staff, a refreshing welcome drink is available.

I stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The location was convenient for business trips, close to KCIC and Summarecon, but tourists might find it a bit dull.
My room wasn't exactly sparkling clean, especially the floors in the corners. It felt like they could've done a better job.
The bathroom? Well, let's just say it's seen better days. Renovation is overdue! Cleanliness wasn't up to par either.
The swimming pool was a letdown. The water was chilly and murky.
Breakfast was mediocre, but I'll give them points for the Indomie instant noodles – a nice touch!
Verdict All in all, this hotel needs some serious upgrading. With better maintenance and renovations, it could live up to its potential. Until then, I'd say it's an average option for business travelers, but definitely not for family vacations.
