ithis is my 2nd time i was stayed in Zodiak Kebon Kawung bandung, the service was good, the staff were friendly and helpfull even in my observation it seem they'd kind of short of staff. about the room that i booked was quite clean and still comfortable as before when i was stayed at zodiak hotel a while ago. but the breakfast was alot of changes but i think they have their new concept maybe. about the staff, their friendly and helpfull to my request and inform me if there's be any delay upon fullfilling my request. over all about the hotel was good, but need to be refreshed for the facility and furniture. maybe for my next stacation i will stayed at zodiak Kebon Kawung bandung cause it near to paskal 23 and sudirman street where you can enjoy the food market around sudirman street.…

Zodiak hotel is very clean, comfortable, the staffs are so polite and friendly, the smell is good, all the facilities were clean and good, I enjoyed the room so much, the breakfast were so yummy i like that, btw the room is so unique and colorful my friends was so happy, and if I get free time I will come back to the zodiak hotel, the price is not that expensive but the quality is so good, It was so worth it for spend time when I’m free, Thanks🥰

it was my first time here..and it was only for my short trip in bandung, i choose Zodiac cause it was close to the train station. i arrive at 2am in the morning but the front desk still serve me with smile . then the next day when i was check out i left my glasses left in the room..i just realise it when i already on my way back to Jakarta, when i call the hotel my glasses they found it and sent it back to me in Jakarta whitout any charges.. i have to say it thank you very much Pak Soleh for this.. I stay in this hotel for 1 nights. Have a lot of streetfood with walking distance and i can walk to 23 Paskal mall. Unfortunately, the breakfast not too good. I dont get any selection food for breakfast. But the room is preety large but little bit dark in out of room (lorong).

Yes our location is near to any street food and 23 PASKAL mall with walking distance. But we do really sorry to our breakfast and lighting condition especially at room and corridor, but we already plan to improve our breakfast as soon as possible.
