The ladies at the restaurant are friendly. As soon as there are dirty dishes, they are immediately taken straight to the washing area. The man who was making the omelette was immediately quick to greet the approaching guests. Delicious fritters while warm. Anyway delicious

Everything looks new. The room is spacious for affordable price, the bathroom is super clean. The location is strategic enough, it's 5 minutes to the toll entrance.
It was kind of difficult to find the lobby since you need to take the elevator from the parking lot. Also, when we stay, the breakfast was not provided in the restaurant, they deliver breakfast to your rooms instead. In my case, I stayed for 3D2N, we got ask for the 1st meal and they delivered it to our room, but we didn't get ask for the 2nd day breakfast menu.
The room telephone was not working but you can ask for the staff to take care of it. The staffs were super friendly and helpful.

All the artists are very helpful. They even took the time to accompany guests in the car from the LG floor to the P2 floor so that I wouldn't be confused about finding an empty parking slot. I was immediately directed to park in front of the security post.

We have a short family healing in Bandung and i choose Rooms Inc at Btc mall on of a reason is easy access to toll road and avoid unnecessary traffic. Surprisingly with affordable price i got, we found a pleasant and roomy stay. Clean room, hot water, sandals, strong wifi and everything you want from top class hotels but this with low budget...i noted this hotel for other our next family trip in bandung ..unfortunately i am not attached any photos inside because i drown in their bed.

The room was excellent with Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify and else. The first time you enter the room, you'll notice that the cleanliness is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with the good smell. Definitely will try Rooms Inc. in other cities when visiting!

Air conditioning is not cold. I complained for it to be fixed but it couldn’t be done, so I had to change ro another rooms at night.
Liquid soap in the room is running low, maybe it wasn’t replaced from the previous room.
I requested an additional bath mat, but it seems to have been forgotten.
The room is quite spacious with modern style.

The momentum of staying three nights at Rooms Inc BTC Pasteur was truly pleasing. The rooms are neat and clean with adequate facilities. The breakfast is eco, it tastes delicious with a variety of menus. If there is time, I will come again.

First time staying at Rooms Inc, really liked it. I got a smoking room because the booking was late but there was no trace of the smell of cigarettes at all. The rooms are also very clean and all the workers are very friendly. Very helpful for my first time in Bandung and my staying experience. Especially the one called Zulia, really good 🫰👍
