The GAIA hotel is spectacular? after entering the lobby and seeing the layout design of the room, then entering the bathroom, the curtains are electronic, the swimming pool has a waterfall from a height of approximately 8-10 meters, it's true that this local non-chain operator hotel is spectacular.
the hotel is only a year old, still can improve its products and services. guests are asked to register for breakfast, there are 3 shifts, but in fact the reservation team does not calculate the seat capacity, the restaurant room has a number of registered guests, so it is crowded and some guests are not rejected when they have not changed shifts they come, really uncomfortable, the mood to eat is so down, the taste of the food is so bad (the pastry condimen has a rancid smell). next, we will try the club room which has a private restaurant.

Staying 3 days 2 nights (28-30 Des 2021) at the Gaia hotel was very pleasant, starting from the quick check in and check out assisted by Ms. Manda who was very informative and friendly, all staff is very friendly, the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel were good, the breakfast menu very varied, and the hotel rooms were clean, really made us feel like home. For breakfast and the pool area is limited because in a pandemic situation, very good for our safety. Definitely be back again to try family room ;)

The hotel is the latest addition to the resort line up in Bandung. The hotel became viral when some youtubers posted some really nice spots of the hotel.
The hotel is situated on the hilly northern side of Bandung. Rooms have either mountain view or city view. The city view is slightly more expensive since it offers a really nice panorama of Bandung city from some height.
What makes this resort outstanding is the design, combined with the hilly surrounding. No wonder in every corner of the hotel, guests are taking pictures.
Room are really nice with contemporary furnitures and fixtures. There is a small balcony in each room so that guest can enjoy the cool air while watching sunrise or sunsets.
Room amenities are great. There's even a nespresso machine in each room and gooseneck kettle to brew coffee. Kids will be kept entertained with color pencils and wooden puzzle.
There are three restaurants offer outstanding culinary experience: Latin, Indonesian, and Roastery.
Gym, spa, and club have not in operation during my visit.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
I would have given the hotel a 5-star, if there were not an annoying issue with sound-proofing. The noise from neighboring rooms are very noticable. I hope the hotel has a way to work around on this issue, because this by far reduce the joy of staying in this nice hotel.

Great architecture, great food. Brace yourself to lose your way to the restaurant and other spots, as this hotel is like a maze. Each of the elevator goes to different levels, and I believe that they changed at midnight, so you have to remember everyday which elevator goes to the restaurant, and so on. The staff was not there most of the times, so good luck figuring the way to places on your own. I waited for the elevator for a minimum of 15 minutes just to go to the restaurant for breakfast, even though my room was just one level upstairs. So inconvenient. I also believe that the staff were not adequately trained on the blueprint of the building, as they did not know that there were actually stairs to go to places without using elevators. This I figured out on my third day of stay.
Oh and despite the extremely high room price, you will not get privacy as you can hear the sounds coming from next door. The staff and managers will just smile and politely laugh on your complaints and it was not solving problems.

Overall a really pleasant stay: great architecture and view, comfy room, comfy bed & pillows. GREAT FOOD: varied food selection at breakfast, i usually rarely go for pastries during a stay at a hotel, but they have really great pastries! Delicious soto bandung too. Really appreciate the provided in-room toys for kids and the staff in Kids Cads playroom is really friendly too. My 10 months old baby was really happy and got really friendly with Rheina, we kept coming everyday. Attentive and friendly staff. Everytime someone would look a little lost, someone would came up to help, give recommendations, or just say hello. Really appreciate the fruit baskets delivery and the very attentive housekeeping staff, Arief, who gave us extra water bottles for us to make milk for the baby.

We are staying for the weekend on my 2nd son's birthday, and i am glad we chose to stay at The Gaia Bandung. First thing first, the view, ambience, and even the scent in the lobby is just amazing. However since the check in was smooth, we go straight to the room. Well, our room was not near the lobby, because they have multiple tower and our room was at tower B, but Dimas from concierge offer a great assistance to escort us to the room (us 4 plus luggage plus bunch of toys and bunch of snacks that we brought). In the kids room (our room is connecting room), all the setup has made my boys very happy. The coloring kits, the blocks, the cupcake for the birthday boy, the handwritten note for the birthday boy, the Dino toys from the hotel... WOW... its an extra mile service. Kids also love the pool, water temperature is just right, the waterfall, and the snack in the food truck!! Oh and i have to say, the breakfast...its not a "big" spread, but all item is taste good, mie ayam is our favorites! We notice that breakfast was VERY BUSY, but the staffs are very helpful to find seat, refill the food, and to clean up the table so then it goes smoothly as well. Can't wait to come back here for our next Bandung Trip, thanks Gaia for the great experience!

Excellent service. I had a very pleasant experience from booking until staying. I had an upgrade from deluxe to junior suite which entitled me to ‘the club’, a more exclusive package from gaia. Having ‘the club’ gave me privileges such as special parking spot on P2 and direct access from parking to exclusive check in lounge located on floor P2.
The check in experience was smooth, I was kindly greeted by Cynthia and Natalia. Both were very kind and patient to answers all my queries regarding my stay.
Our room was a junior suite, a spacious 72 m2 (if i’m not mistaken). Situated in building D, it is far more secluded than other room types so it is very quite, not a sound from outside traffic, the windows also did well insulating noise from the pool side. NO SMOKING inside the room. They provided plenty of coffee, tea, snacks. The bathroom was spacious with a huge bath tub.
The club also entails a free entrance to ‘Halo halo bandung’, an open market with musical choir performance. I got 4 free coins to exchange for food. (Most dish cost around 2 coins).
Aside from halo halo bandung, I also received complimentary high tea, Natalia was super generous to upgrade me to alcohol free flow package. So a very huge thank you to Natalia 😊
To my surprise, they serve Jamon iberico 😱 They also serve quite a selection of wines. I would also like to say thank you to Chelsea and Afifah for serving my family, delighting my request for more jamon and Wine!🤭
My mother had lost her sunglasses, and I wanted to say thankyou to Bintang for returning my mothers lost sunglasses.
The large infinity pool was heated and i highly recommend taking a swim at night! You have to reserve a time slot before swimming.
For dinner, i reserved a table at Monomono. Saturday night was packed! I ordered pork, duck, and steak. The steak was definitely overpriced for the quality of meat served. The duck and pork was excellent.
The breakfast was very good! The club has its own breakfast restaurants, whilst regular guests eat breakfast at semeja restaurant. They serve ala carte dining which you can order as you wish. Overall very delicious.
Later that morning my mother received a slice of chocolate cake for her birthday. It was a nice gesture, we appreciate it a lot.
Their garden at P6 was beautiful, there’s a jogging track as well. There’s a koi pond but it was being renovated so we couldn’t do a feeding session.
I really want to give a shout out to Natalia for making my experience in Gaia much more pleasant and for giving the extra length for making the stay enjoyable and more memorable for me and my family.
I would definitely recommend my friends and anyone else who wants to have a great time to stay here.

The most stylish place to stay in Bandung. Amazing architecture with stunning view. This modern contemporary style hotel has been designed with meticulous attention to detail.
The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly, in particular Ella who was very welcoming, informative and helpful.

Amazing hotel to stay in upper Bandung / Lembang area. Great view, massive size, sophisticated design and lighting, but very well thought out designs and knick knacks (daughter love the multiple color pencil in the room, and the stacking stones).
The hotel has coffee shop (Inspira Roaster) with great pastries and in house roastery, complete with a Froco Roaster machine.
Dined in Semeja Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, it offer delicious and authentic Indonesian cuisine. The dinner was more palatable than breakfast.
Facilities are top notch, meeting rooms are abundant and has multiple size for various group sizes. Co-working space complements the fast internet for those who come for business trip.
Swimming pool has good length, although rather cold. The infinity pool should invite more people if the water were warmer.
More activities for kids would be great and make this the go to place for families.

It was no expectation at first, but turned to be amazingly satisfying stay in this new hotel. Very large lobby and spacious rooms. Very friendly concierge and F&B staffs, It was really new experience i will suggest everyone to try. Super complete amenities and spacious room for you and your loved ones. Once you touch the bed, you will wish you can spend whole day on it. Strong wifi are available throughout the property even in outside area. No password required (yet) The TV is not just smart tv, it is clever and multifunction TV, very informative and enjoyable. Swimming pool is so long.. with beautiful hill scenery. You can enjoy very fresh air in every corner of the building. Do not forget to try a sip of coffee in their newly opened Inspira Roasters Cafe and enjoy lots of meal varieties in Semeja Resto, beautiful scenery will be a plus for your appetite. Come and experience it yourself..
