Staycation here from 26 - 28 February 2021. I’ve got Accor special rate include breakfast. First impression of the hotel, it was great. The check in was smooth with no issue and got room facing Pullman Hotel in 15th Floor.
The issue i encountered is the ELEVATOR. I already tap the card, but the floor button won’t respond. It only respond after several attempts to tap and press the floor button.
The room and the bathroom also spotlessly clean. The highlight of this room is the beanbag with the doll seating in the beanbag. The bathroom also spotlessly clean with great amenities. The bed is comfortable to have a great night accompanied with thicc pillow and bolster. In the room, you also get extra pillow, hanger, safe deposit box, free coffee and tea with complementary premium water bottle (only 2 bottle given per day), small refrigerator, hairdryer in the bathroom, and PLENTY of electric socket that can charge many of your beloved rechargeable devices.
For breakfast, mmmm it just average. Nothing special about the breakfast. Unless you got a great deal when booking (inc. Breakfast), i recommend to book the hotel WITHOUT breakfast.
In conclusion, i highly recommend this hotel and would like to stay in this hotel again in the future. But please fix the elevator issue, and look forward to ibis style guest can access the Pullman’s swimming pool and the GYM. Thank you.

My wife and I had a good bargain to stay at Ibis Styles Bandung for two nights in the end of November 21. One thing we notice right away was how helpful and polite the staff were. We broke a glass in our room, but when we report it, they are fine with it and say that they value goods relationship with customer higher than the price of glass. Kudos. Location is great, it's in the historic Gedung Sate area and Gasibu is just in front of the hotel to keep you healthy. One thing I would suggest for improvement is to provide simple western-style breakfast (bread, etc).

Located in prime location, in the heart of Bandung, just walking distance to Gedung Sate, the icon of Bandung.
The check-in process was seamless, and my room was upgraded from the regular room to the City View.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room are spacious for the budget hotel, you’ll get 23m2 for the superior, the room was very neat, and of course it was sanitized as a standard of Accor group.
I really love the room, the design are chic and youthful, the bathroom also extensive, after having a shower you can relax at the bean bag/in the king sized bed with a fluffy pillow and bolsters. and also you’ll get 43” LED TV as an entertainment with very good quality of channels and connection, wifi is not a problem here, you’ll connected from the basement until your room.
Because the occupation rate was low, so the breakfast was merged with the sister’s hotel, Pullman.
The food were incredibly delicious, with a numerous of choices.
You’ll be pampered with the tasty foods and the sophisticated ambiance of the restaurant.

I stayed for 3 nights in Superior Room with 1 Double Bed from 24 to 27 March 2022. Overall the room condition was very nice and clean with all lights well positioned and the room itself was well equipped with standard amenities that you can find in every ibis styles hotels. However, there are some downsides of this hotel. The room's aircon is too chilly, eventhough I set to 24-25 degree celcius, the room temperature is still between 20-21 degree celcius. The shower box itself did not provide place to put my own shampoo and body soap, at that time I put it on the shower box floor. The internet access was the fastest that I have ever had with max download and upload speed around 80 Mbps, however if you bring any working laptop equipped with pre-installed network software from your company, sometimes the internet connections are going up and down. Better to connect with mobile data in working with your secured work laptop
The worst part of this hotel actually the mobility between hotel floors and pedestrian access. The hotel lobby itself is located in 3rd floor of the building complex, then you have to be dropped off in Pullman's lobby in the first floor, take an elevator to 2nd floor and another flight of escalator to reach 3rd floor. Basically there are no direct access to the street level from Ibis Styles lobby. Also there are no proper and secured walking path from Pullman's lobby to the street level, you have to walk on the car ramp. There were only 2 elevators working for 10+ floors and the waiting time is too long. There are no light indicator on the card reader in the elevator, so that people have to guess when they should press the floor button. You have to tap the card for more than 5 secs and positioned it precisely in order to press the floor button.
I think the access from street level door should be activated immediately from the food market area. And I also think that the architect of this building was not thinking in customer's perspective when designed this building.
I am quite ambivalent in staying in this hotel for the future, hopefully the hotel owner and management would spend time immediately in improving the small things that matter to the customer

We spent our weekend in this property by book 3 rooms. Before we booked we search for the reviews from other guest about this property, and all is good then we decide to try.
Before my arrival i have confirmed to the reception about my estimate arrival time and request to prepare my room since we travel with children. For sure we arrive around 4pm.
Then we found queueing at reception desk without physical distancing marking, and its not convenience since queue line is cross the guest sofa in front of reception and it take arround 20 minutes before they serve us.
The room is neat and clean, however in other property they put sticker at the door indicating the room has disinfecting and not only like hanging signage in the door handle.
Lift is only 2 to accomodate only 4 pax each so also create long queue for waiting and no staff or security to ensure the physical distancing of the guest while waiting.
This lift also not connected to the parking bay so need to use another lift to reach parking bay which is not practical for guest with kids or family with elderly.
Next morning we went for breakfast at 09.00.
We a bit surprise that the outside buffet already emptly. Rice and others is not there, even drinking water was empty and not fill up imidiatelly. No staff moving arround to check the food as well.
I address my concern to the staff and someone who standby next to reception area, but seems like no clue.
Inside buffet only serve by one staff and another queue happend there. When i asked the staff, they said that yes we lack of staff. Dear management, your concern
After waiting for 15 minutes, i decide to speak to the manager on duty to express my concern, Ms Ratih then come and i asked her to come around with me to check and it proved.
During my breakfast, FnB Manager also walk around and met us so i expresed the same things.
I do hope that ibis budget can improved the service level up in order to compete with others.
I still consider to come back to this hotel since it has strategic location.

There are a lot of good things here, and I’m going to break them down:
+ Location. This hotel is right in front of the Gedung Sate / West Java Governor’s office and integrated with Pullman Hotel. Right in city center made this hotel close to everywhere else such as shopping mall, public services office, toll highway, public park, and many others. It’s a good choice for any business travelers
+ Staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Miss Ratih, who was very helpful for our needs.
+ Cleanliness. This hotel is entirely new, so it’s still clean from the lobby to the bedroom. Bathroom cleanliness is good, and there's a separate wall between the shower and toilet. The sliding door between the bed and bathroom is also unique.
+ View. The view is impressive, either you face the north or south. It’s between the city view or the mountain view.
+ Bed. That bed is comfy, with lovely pillows and bolsters (which are rare things to be found in a hotel). You get an extra pillow too.
+ TV. Okay, the TV needs a detailed review. The TV picture quality is so excellent, and the program is quite good. I never let the TV play by itself, and I always watch it.
+ Breakfast. It was good but could be improved. Quite crowded at restaurants, but there’s a lot of space to sit.
The only down thing is:
- Entrance. It might get confusing for the first time and a bit of hassle after it. If you come from the basement parking lot, you can take a straight elevator to the lobby, but if you are dropped off or picked up, you need to go to the Pullman lobby, which requires using the escalator and the elevator
Overall, it was an exceptional stay.

Good location, great view, and an adequately spacious room. However, the wifi quality was bad at the 15th floor. We needed to stand near the door to get better wifi coverages which negatively affected our overall 4-day experience at the room.
Also, our Accor Plus Platinum didn’t do us a favor at all. Understood this is not at the premium tier of Accor’s portfolio so I did not set any high expectation either. However, we were not offered with welcome drink vouchers and the team was not being helpful to accomodate our room request (to have room with sofa bed).

We decided to choose Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central because the location was strategic and easy to reach. A new build too. The room was spacious enough and looks exactly like what they put on the website (such as Agoda), the view was amazing! I requested a high floor with a city view.
The staffs were very nice and communicative, shout-out to Ms. Yolanda at the reception :) the parking spaces were spacious, they also have Gastromarket on the G floor so food was easy to find, because of the location we also can order GoFood and Grabfood easily.
Looking forward to my next visit here! Thank you for the great experience.

New hotel with colorfull styles concept and unique design. Good location hotel so easy to come and go.
We booked 2 Superior Room for 1 night only. Check in process easy enough with health protocol Covid 19. No need deposit as we booked and paid via application online.
The hotel doesn’t have connecting room for superior type instead they have family room type which basically 2 superior rooms with connecting door.
Room very clean and well maintain but 1 room with sofa and the other no sofa. I wonder why same room type but with different facility. We also only got 1 access card per room, it doesn’t make sense if one of us need to use the elevator while the other one want to stay in the room. Additional access card provided based on request but 2-3 times card access were not working so we need to get new access card.
Room facilities very complete such as Mineral Water, Coffee and Tea, empty mini bar, safe deposit box and slippers.
Bath room very clean with unique slidding doors, hair dryer and toiletries. Shower box with hand shower and rain shower. One thing for improvement is water heater unstable.
Property is very good but services is very standard compare with other hotel.
Special thanks to security staff especially bpk Dede in Basement 1. He is very humble, polite and helpful. Also thanks to Ibu Yolanda at front office who gave us late check out for praying eventhough the access card invalid at 12pm sharp.

We booked 2 Superior Room for 1 night only. Check in process easy enough with health protocol Covid 19. No need deposit as we booked and paid via application online.
The hotel doesn’t have connecting room for superior type instead they have family room type which basically 2 superior rooms with connecting door.
Room very clean and well maintain but 1 room with sofa and the other no sofa. I wonder why same room type but with different facility. We also only got 1 access card per room, it doesn’t make sense if one of us need to use the elevator while the other one want to stay in the room. Additional access card provided based on request but 2-3 times card access were not working so we need to get new access card.

My 1st staycation in this property to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary + my wife's birthday on the next day are beyond my expectation! How Richardo make a great communication regarding my inquiries and how he made a great suggestion about the privacy of the room, in the corner and highest floor (18th) withe the best room view, the set up in the room, also with great details. Upon check-in, Nessa made check-in process quick, clear and so helpful. The HK team also made every details in the room makes us feel at home.
Definitely this property have a great employee and the way they give service with full of heart are real!
I don't know what i supposed to say, only thank you and thank you for making our special day and my wife happy yet memorable and unforgetable.
For sure we will come back again with the kids next time!
