The first time I tried to stay at the Pullman Bandung hotel which just opened 4 months ago (November 2020) (after trying to reseved the second time at Pullman Vimala Ciawi it failed continuously), we got a fortune mark up room to the junior suite. Nessa is one of the staff at FO who is very informative, helpfull and kind to give us the experience to enjoy this suite room at the price of a deluxe room. the rooms are in the same class as villas in the Bandung expert Dago intercontinetal, with a better view of the city of Bandung, like a suite room, definitely comfortable and a smoking area (husband's request) ... always success pullman Bandung, surely we will stay again here because we believe in the security covid19 because Pullman followed CHSE guidelines (following VCI / vacant clean inspection procedures) for his room. cutlery (spoons, forks, knives) wrapped in cardboard so hygiene.The food we ordered tasted good, but there was a little inaccuracy from HK, when I wanted to take a shower the bath shower was empty, not refilled. recommended staying here.…
My parents and I stayed in two executive rooms for a weekend of sightseeing in Bandung. The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are very luxurious with lots of nice extras and the enormous bed is super comfortable. As someone who has spent a fair amount of time travelling for work, my favourite thing about the rooms here is that they don’t feel like a standard business hotel. The food here is also terrific. During our stay we ate at the hotel a lot and were impressed by the quality, flavour and range of dishes on offer. The breakfasts here are excellent, and evening cocktails in the executive lounge were an excellent way to ease out of the day. The thing that really sets the Pullman apart though is the service. The staff went above and beyond for us. Lalan was wonderful in helping us to arrange a car and providing suggestions of places to visit, and the service from Euis and Runinta in the lounge was spot on - they remembered our names and even our drink orders. Big thanks to the team at the Pullman for making us feel so special. Highly recommend the Pullman Grand Central Bandung. I’ll certainly be back!…
As a business traveller, staying 5 nights at this hotel and live out of my suitcase while no storage for any cloths is catered for apart of a row of hangers Lots of unnecessary clutter as decorative Nonsens Absolutely not functional, designer room but overloaded The lounge at level 16 Ordering fried eggs while seated, arrived about 10 min later Evening cocktail, you getting served a platter of selected Canapé by the chef and served Drinks are the same way, you order and some times later you get it, you like a refill, it you are lucky someone is there to attend to you All over the staff is very friendly but it's managed terrible
Hotel located is very strategic location, near by mall and public transportatin.Bad service. Slow response. Check in at 2:15 pm finished at 3:00 pm. Ordered non smoking, but they gave me the smoking room. This is the worst trip i've ever had. What a shame. Don't book a room here if you're in a rush. I'll never book a room
First impression with the lobby, i love the vibes and we were welcomed by a super friendly staff (Febiyanti) . And then quick and efficient check in process by Khaikal. When I got into room, We were surprised and super happy as we got upgraded into Suite room with a cute welcoming message on the mirror. Room was nice, CLEAN, and comfy. Thanks to housekeeping staff (Ujang, Zaki and Ara) you guys made our short stay so comfortable. Breakfast was also nice, we love the satay corner (this is rarely found in other hotel, thus make the experience unique). Also special thanks to other friendly staff (Bodhi, Agung and Dita) who was so patient in answering our inquiries. We will definitely come back :)
I came here for a business trip and had a pleasant during the stay. Starting from the concierge, checking in, lounge and restaurant staff everyone was so friendly. The building itself is beautiful, room is very clean and comfortable. The service from the hotel staff was very well done. Will be back for sure!
Served by DIMAS in reception of Pullman Bandung grand central and felt so welcomed. The check in process was easy and even our room is still prepared but the service during the waiting is excellent. Thank you DIMAS for your services. Kudos!!!

This is very nice hotel in Bandung, already stay more than 10times here and always very memorable to stay here, especially when my fam celebrate birthday always guest relation teams celebrate with us. Today is my second daughter birthday and they give surprised for the birthday girl. Special many thanks to Ms. Feby, Ms. Mellisa, Mrs. Chani, Ms. Runni and Mr. Agung for your hospitality to my family. We will back and back to stay at hotel.
