I very much enjoyed my stay here. This is my second time staying at GH Universal Bandung, I love it so much I’ll likely come for a third time. The breakfast is very good and there is a wide variety of food to eat. The staff is very professional and friendly and they were very helpful during my stay. The room is clean and well decorated, I love that there are sweats when you first come to the room. At one point during my stay they knocked on the door and gave us complimentary fruit, I thought that was very nice of them. The hotel itself looks stunning and It’s the sort of place I’d expect very rich people to instead of people like me. My only issue is with the shower head being a little loose and the air conditioning not being as strong as i’d like, though that may just be a trend in this country as I’ve noticed that all indonesian air conditioners are somewhat weak and the people here don’t like to keep their rooms as cold as we do in the United States. The price for this hotel is really the best part about it and is utterly jaw dropping. A similar hotel in the United States might cost more than $150/night. Truly this hotel is both a good bargain and an amazing experience.

Staying at this hotel is the right choice for me, the price is affordable for a room with breakfast and afternoon tea is included. What amazes me is the very friendly staff, when they pass by they always say hello. The view is really good for photos, unfortunately the hotel signage is really small at the entrance so it's a bit difficult at night to see the sign.

It was surprising to see there’s a hotel as majestic as GH Universal in Bandung. The buildings, architecture, interior design are just so on point and wonderfully decorated. Its strong character will instantly mesmerize you when you come inside.
Me, my husband and 2 boys stayed in King Suite—awesome choice! It has a separate closet and dressing area, and also a guest toilet and master toilet equipped with jacuzzi. The view from our room is exceptional, we felt like living in a victorian castle! I kept thinking we were having a vacation in Paris or Vienna 😂
My children are very impressed with their food and bed, as they ate a lot and slept really well.

We stay at GH Universal Hotel Bandung for 2 nights holiday. We booked superior room via online travel agent. The hotel was really nice, good architecture, great taste of breakfast menu, and very friendly staff. The restaurant for our dinner was also cool, they offered various western menu, the foods taste good, and the atmosphere was really romantic. The location for our breakfast was fantastic, at the top of the hotel with great view in the morning.

Outstanding, and WOW that is all I can say to this hotel, on the way to Bandung, I chatt to the hotel and request for the honeymoon set up cake, they said, they only had 1 whole cake, which is to big for us, so just said never mind then.
During check in, the front office staff are very prompt, somehow we entitle High tea on that afternoon. Their design are really victorian style, so theres a lot spot photo for you to explore, the staff at their lounge (forgot the name) also has a nice view, their sponge cake amazingly soft, and not to sweet.
Later on, the room are so clean with the design, and spacious. When we just about to settle in, suddenly theres a knocking, and when I open, its a surprise, 2 of your staff bring the honeymoon cake to our room, and I am speechless haha, really appreciate your effort to do this, thank you so very much.
Definitely will recommend this hotel in Bandung
