All the staff are very kind & helpful. they have a nice rooftop bar with great view. Every corner of this hotel is very clean, even in the smoking area i bet you couldn’t find any ash on the floor. It’s perfect for staycation! The best thing is they provide 24hour stay, If you check in at 5pm then you can checkout at 5pm on the next day.

a hotel with a unique concept. you can use the room for 24 hours and can choose the type of soap and tea that you like. the room is quite spacious with good ammenity. the breakfast is very good and big portion. very friendly staff. This is a great and unique hotel, I've only found the flexi 24 hours staying time scheme at this property so far.
Beside that advantage, the industrial interior design for the room is the second advantage. Furthermore, there is a coffee machine in the room, great toiletries such as the soap and shampoo - and the spacious room. The only downside of the room was the bed that making noise when I'm moving on it.
The hotel facility was closed during my stay in the C19 situation, and the breakfast in room was applied. The meal was ok and no further expectation on it, and I like the traditional dishes those included in the breakfast set.
Vallet service was very helpful as this property is having limited car parking lot.
Definetely will comeback to this property again.

U Janevalla is a HIP hotel, especially for the younger crowd. Its industrial and no clutter theme is very pleasing and makes the room and bathroom very big. But its minimalism results in no wardrobe for our clothes and nowhere to put out toiletries but on the floor of the shower stall. Its ac controller is near the main entrance door so waking up in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature is much of a chore.
The hotel HITS it with its vibrant and friendly staff, from the guys at the driveway to the receptionists and morning breakfast crew. Location is superb with small restaurants within walking distance and a big shopping mall next door.
The concept of a 24-hr stay is great for those who drives and are not constrained by time. But it also means that you may not have a room if you arrive at 5pm, even with a confirmed booking, because the previous guest is only checking out at the end of their 24-hr stay, which may be at 5.30pm. As something similar happened to us when we tried to check-in, we decided this concept is definitely a MISS for us.

The room is very industrial and clean. However, I do think the room is too dark for me. Lightings are also not suitable for me as the overall room lightings are dark.
I had bad experience when came to the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast is not good. The food is not delicious and not much variances. Too bad for 4 stars hotel

I decide to stay to Janevalla Bandung during pandemic due to already bored of WHF, and I have big expectations but here’s my honest review. 1. The floor of the room is No for me. Maybe that’s the room’s concept but it’s too basic for 4stars hotel to me. 2. Apparently the room is not soundproof, I can here water heater from the room next to mine veryyy loudly (like seriously if it was right behind my bed) 3. I also heard guests from the room across to mine, around 23:00 they laughed, screamed, talked (seems like they did birthday party, in HOTEL ROOM??!) so I really can’t enjoy my bed time. 4. the drinking water heater is dirty, I've asked to be cleaned or replaced by the person who delivered breakfast but she never came back :) 5. The staff, especially receptionist who handle me is very nice and friendly :) during pandemic you need to make sure everything is clean (not only the room, but the facilities as well)

This is the first time I stayed for two nights at a hotel during a pandemic, and my carefully chosen was Janevalla Bandung. I had to make sure that Janevalla applies the health procedure correctly before I decided. Based on user reviews, Janevalla has a unique full 24-hours stay concept after check-in time, and it does. Surprisingly, they upgraded my room, and that was made my day. Thank you for your generosity, Janevalla.
Due to the pandemic, they deliver breakfast in time to your room based on your request. Unfortunately, Janevalla closed the rooftop pool bar, gym, and swimming pool. But you can stay in your room conveniently watching smart tv, and you can still order 24-hour room service.

I’ve been stayed for 2 days in here. First I little bit disappointed with this hotel because my friend waited 1 hour for check in because the room wasn’t ready without any apologies and only explain an unacceptable reason since we are also the hotelier. Instead only giving “24 hours front desk” that we all know all hotel gave an 24hours front desk to make people easier to checkin, more better if you apologize and honest with us that the room wasn’t ready yet because of your 24hours stayed checkin checkout. And offering waiting in the restaurant. I should tell this, your rain shower in our room was broken. But the room was very great, industrial theme was my favorite. Also We have To waited so long for the food that we ordered. But i almost forgot about this thing since your restaurant staff is very intense To gave an excellent service. I’ve been impressed with firgi the staff at the bar. And all staff while we had a breakfast, and also a house keeping staff was very polite. First i think that this was a most horrible staycation that i ever done, but your staff turned the horrible thing become a wonderful staycation that i ever done in my life. Thanks guys.

They offer 24 hours stay whole year, so if you check in at 5 PM, you can check out at 5 PM following days.
Breakfast was served in the room during pandemic.
The room is quite spacious, industrial theme, and they separate shower and toilet. Hot water and the water pressure in the toilet was fine.
Bed used for 1 bed room is king size, so it was spacious for two.
Wi-fi is fast and no problem during our stay.
Pool was close during pandemic so we didn’t visit the pool area.
The cons are: 1. Walls not soundproof - you can hear motorbike sound from the street, your neighbor voice, and all noises happening within the hotel. 2. No parking space. If you bring a car, you have to do valley, and it took quite long waiting time to get your car, especially if you check out together with other guests

Happy with my 24 hour stay. Room 310 are spacious, clean and tidy, reception are very nice. They gave us soda as welcome drink, the WiFi have fast connection, maybe you should change the TV provider, very limited channel, smart TV but YouTube only show some MV cannot browsing music. Not really soundproof room. Really love the perfume or detergent you use on the towel smells nice. Near to mall and minimarket.
