Really amazing, kind, helpful and very friendly staff! Two houses, with two bathrooms. Top location, because Ubud center is nearby, 5 minutes drive with a bike. And there is a walking area just next to the house, through the lush rice fields, with amazing sunsets and sunrises. The house is perfect for short term stay. You can use the second Joglo as yoga shala and meditation room, or set up an altar for prayer. We enjoyed it very much.

We chose to stay at Naya for a three day getaway and feel we made an excellent choice. Lovely gardens, nice pool, great room (Prem) and excellent food. We took every meal either on our balcony or by the pool. The whole experience was just what we needed and we plan to return. In these Covid times, it was good to see that the staff were sensitive to masking and distancing and the room was open and breezy.

We spent 6 nights at this amazing retreat in October 2019. We opted for the private retreat. It's everything we wanted it to be with fresh food, amazing relaxation spaces, yoga, meditation and the opportunity to just be. We were upgraded to the Amrita room which was spacious and clean. The morning yoga and afternoon meditation was enjoyable and varied and in a gorgeious space next to the jungle. The retreat is a little out of town, only a 20 minute walk but we really liked that and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Naya Ubud.

I visited as part of an international Yoga Retreat group. I shared a room which was hugely spacious giving relative strangers plenty of personal space. The bathroom was luxurious though with 4 persons sharing the room, it might be an idea to have the toilet separate from the bathroom. There was a range of accommodation structures, all set amongst tropical gardens and laid out so as each felt secluded and private. The rooms were well furnished, the grounds were immaculately maintained, the pool was clean, the staff were courteous and friendly. Enjoyed all the little nooks and crannies, where Retreat members could easily find a quiet space for contemplation or join the others in the communal areas. the Yoga Shala was a very impressive building overlooking the forest, and the Spa/Massage centre was also set in a lovely area in nature. The food was plentiful with a huge variety of fresh local dishes and also variations of western dishes for our international group. Special dietary needs were always catered for. I was on an alcohol-free Challenge and staff permitted me to bring a bottle of alcohol free wine to have with dinner, and they sourced some local Bintang Zero for me to buy, for which I was very grateful. The venue is secluded and peaceful with walks along the rice fields just outside, and only a hundred metres or so through the fields to the bustling village streets, and a short taxi drive to the centre of Ubud for shopping and sightseeing. Take note though, that traffic can be extremely busy in the afternoons, so try to plan your central Ubud excursions for early in the day or late in the evening. Staff and drivers were friendly and courteous, the dogs were friendly too!

I ran a 7 night Yoga retreat here and will outline some of the pros and cons. The facilities and accommodation were lovely and I was very impressed with the food. Whilst most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were a little disappointed by the customer service of some of the staff members on reception. The planned activities, including the tour guides, all had some minor issues and miscommunication including our driver getting lost on the way to the Pyramids of Chi. One night there was no hot water in one room and the following night had no water at all. All in all, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, but it wouldn't take much to shift the experience from good to great!

My daughter and I hosted a yoga and meditation retreat here at the end of April, 2019 and it was unforgettable! Everything about this property is magical. The rooms are beautiful and with air conditioning if you like. The food, well, it was so so delicious and fresh every time. No disappointments. Some of our group had some diet restrictions and the resort happily made changes to accommodate them. It is set on a river in the back and totally surrounded by nature. We loved the yoga shala where we had our daily classes and they always had it cleaned, incense lit, and ready for us whatever time we needed it. Also, the people who work here, serving, cleaning, cooking and helping us out at the front desk, were always smiling and willing to please. There was always a ride waiting for us when we needed it. It is magical here....don't miss it. Just go for a rest. You will he amazed.

Naya is wonderful! Superb hospitality! Excellent food! Bintari and Katut were priceless, sweet ladies! They did a demonstration of offerings for us that was amazing! Complete with blessings! This resort was so clean and private, it was a dream! Comfy bed, amazing pool and the most gorgeous Yoga Shaka! Masseuses were fabulous! Flowers were put out everywhere, property is beautifully designed and spotless. Their drivers were always on time and accommodating. I highly recommend this magical spot! Great walks right outside the front door through rice patties. Close to Ubud and enmeshed in the Bali culture. Go to Naya!

I went on a yoga retreat for 7 days at Naya Ubud. I can't express how much I loved being there. Smiles and warm hearted staff everywhere. Its simple and peaceful and quietly perfect. Accommodations were beautiful with air conditioning, the most comfortable beds, and space to be inside and out. I never missed a meal there ! We had 3 home cooked buffets of the most delicious food you can imagine. Purified water everywhere, including your room. The Yoga pavilion is surrounded by lush jungle, pure oxygen and wild life. Get a massage facing the jungle. I had one of the most loving massages by Lizzee......The pool is so pure and refreshing. You can walk the rice paddle fields and be at peace. They help you get taxis and even tours. Go.

Stayed by myself in Villa Naomi, which is just across from the main hotel. Had my own ‘butler’ bring me my food orders, and cooked me breakfast everyday. The staff were brilliantly helpful, booking drivers to take me to the rice terraces and the water temple. The yoga was lovely - I am a total beginner and the teachers were very patient with me whilst I manoeuvred myself through the practises! A complete little escape from everyday life. Only downside was the building work next to and opposite the villa! Not terribly intrusive to me, but might have bothered some.

Clean accommodations with excellent customer service. Ketuti and her staff are so kind/friendly and attentive to your every need. The food was freshly prepared from local sources. We attended a Yoga Retreat while at this hotel and we were happy with the very nice Yoga Shala but the bugs (can't see them easily) can be annoying since you are in the jungle. If you eat off grounds you must try "Bridges" for a delicious but casually dressed dinner--Go a little earlier so you can enjoy a cocktail Riverside downstairs. An excellent experience. Also the Tegalalang Rice Terraces were a highlight---We enjoyed a large Swing over the Terraces too-- for 100,000 Rupiah which was about $7 US dollars!! We understand that Ubud is very commercialized now that "Eat Love Pray" was written and filmed there, so the town is very congested but Bali is Beautiful and so worth the trip.
