Very poor customer service I recommend not to book directly through their website because if you have any changes or requests they ignore you . Emailed them 3 times and no response, very dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. I have no idea how else to get through to them to speak to them. Would be happy to change my review if they finally responded but not sure how else to get their attention . Hotel is nice but terrible customer service so far

The village Villa with the private Pool are amazing! There is so much room to spread out and chill! Very cozy environment! Indoor and Outdoor shower with an additional sunken bathtub! The little frogs in the small ponds keep all insects away! ;) For my wife's birthday we had the floating breakfast at the pool and after our trip to the monkey forrest she was surprised by a very nice flower arrangement on the bed and flowerbath! the staff is extremely nice and helpful. You ask for it and you get it right away. They organized a brand new scooter for us! The Spa-treatment was very good and relaxing and hanging out at the pool after our sunrise hike to mount batur was perfect. you actually feel like being in a country club!

The best villa in Bali! Excellent staff, very responsive. They always go to a meeting!❤️ Great breakfasts, great massages, which we really loved. Highly recommended! The area is cleaned, great big clean pool. For sports lovers, there is a small gym💪🏼.

I spent 5 wonderful days at Ubud Village Resort. I have never seen such wonderful accommodation before and I have been to many places. But the first time in Indonesia. The interior is very high quality and stylish, the villa in the middle of the jungle. The villas are built so that everyone has their privacy. An incredible feeling of freedom to swim outside, take a shower or bathe in the bathtub without anyone watching you. I experienced a culinary miracle at Ubud Village Resort. The food was excellent and the hotel offers a completely vegan menu in addition to the regular and vegetarian menu. The staff were so lovely that I really felt at home. I can only recommend the Ubud Village Resort from the bottom of my heart. There is a positive energy in this resort. I am still in Bali and have already been through the 4th accommodation, but none is comparatively as good as this one. If I have some time left, I will be back.

The Ubud village resort and spa is such a beautiful hotel to relax and to come down. The service was amazing and everything is very clean and perfect. You feel like in the middle of the jungle but you are so close to Ubud city. I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. 5 stars 🌟 Thank you for the whole experience! All the best Ali

The room is very spacious and comes with a private pool. You are immersed in rice fild and nature, yet only 3 minutes to Ubud center. The foos was great too, hoping for them to get more tourists now that Indonesia is finally opening.

In one word: Amazing. A very, very beautiful property. I have stayed in most luxurious resorts in the Ubud area, and this property is definitely in my top 5. Understandably, due to COVID affecting the current economy, there are many services not available, and some maintenance not being done but for the price you pay, the value for money is crazy. Take my advice and book this resort next time you are planning a trip to Ubud. Having a big, private, villa with a pool beats staying in a small room at other hotels in the same price range.

Spacious room and beautiful landscape and outstanding service in central Ubud Location 10/10 in central Ubud near monkey forest, beautiful cafes, grocery and pharmacy, near the famous road jl. Hanoman. Service 10/10 Outstanding helpful and quick responding to solfe the problems , Pak KaMa (the FO man) is the best !! also the room staff and resto staff. Room 9/10 Old but well maintained building, the bathroom is clean but the hot water is not enough to fill the bathup, the pool at each villa is beautiful. Food 8/10 The food is delicious but maybe because the pandemic the choice is limited. Garden 9/10 Well mauntain and beautiful Laundry outside the hotel 10/10 Outside the hotel (next to the gate) recomended fast cheap and celan laundry

Kinda late reviewing this property, but it's better than never. Just like the title of this review, Ubud Village Resort & Villas is "hands-down" the best resort I've ever stayed in Ubud. Why? First, the services and the staffs product knowledge. Since minute 1 check-in process, the reception gave me such comprehensive explanation on what do's and what dont's during my stay in the villa. Next, the room was SUPER EXCELLENT! It was large, full amenities (well some of the amenities were by request basis), clean room, clean pool, big bathtub, comfortbale beds (not to mention comfortbale sofabed) and they have 2 gazebos! And then, look at the surroundings. High trees, green vibes, instagrammable pool, long walking-tracks, I could even jog if I would (well, the fact is, I didnt :D). What a stay, 1 night wasnt enough that I extended 1 more night for my stay. Plus, I guess during this pandemic, they offer an extremely affordable price. Very very recommended and worth-try! DEF WILL BE BACK!
