We were really impressed by the location of Puri Sariswatti, everything that we needed was fairly close at hand. The villas are right alongside of Cafe Lotus. You can enter them through their vehicle entrance where the reception is or through the cafe. It feels like you are close to things that are happening, such as the dancing on the...

Actually stayed here in February last year, was an amazing and relaxing experience staying here :) the villas were beautiful, the staff were so friendly!! Just a short walk away from some shops, the monkey temple, as well as some amazing cultural dances during the evening. Would happily stay here again when I'm next in Bali!

Exactly what we needed as we were only staying one night in Ubud. The location is fantastic and central, the staff very helpful especially on dinner suggestions and breakfast was yummy! Not able to comment on what the stay would be like for a longer period.

Very comfortable stay in Ubud, close to the temple itself (do go and view it!). We had the Gatotkaca room with its own private balcony overlooking the Lotus Pond and the evening performances. We noticed that some reviews complain about little things, but for us that added a bit of a local and authentic feel to our stay.

We lasted one night at the hotel. We had made a reservation for 8 nights for an upstairs room with balcony. When we checked in we were instead taken to a very dark, downstairs room. I made it clear what we had reserved and they had confirmed. We were then taken to another downstairs room (beneath an upstairs room with...

I booked this hotel as I wanted to be right in the heart of Ubud, and it certainly ticked that box (having spent a night right in the centre of Ubud, I wasn't sure this was my favourite place). The hotel has pros and cons - I'll start with the pros: the location is great if you want to just...

This is right in the heart of Ubud. Outside are the crazy bustling streets, but inside the walls of Puri Saraswati it is calm and serene. The gardens surrounding the bungalows are beautiful, filled with frangipani, birds and incredible sculptures. It is heavenly. The rooms are lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you have a coconut...

Fist of all, ask for the Gatotkaca room. Its the best room in the hotel, whit a magnifiscent veranda and a view to the lotus pond and temple. Its magic, with windows all around, you feel like a part of the environment. trees all around you, sounds of birds, its amazing. The best part is that almost every night you...

Excellent value for money in a very central location in Ubud. The bungalows are part of the living compound of the second Queen of Ubud, we met her a few times. The staff are all delightful and the included breakfast is MASSIVE with lots of choice on the menu. Pool is good, nice and deep which keeps it cool, and...

Cheap accomodation close to Ubud markets and resturants. The only down side was the rooms needed to be cleaned again when we got there as they hadn't been used for a while and there where spider weds on the pillows and in the bathroom, but we requested clean sheets and towels, which was no hassle for the staff to change....
