My partner and I from Melbourne stayed here for 2 nights. Arma is located just outside of town so that it's a little to far to walk in the heat, but there is a shuttle service a dozen or so times per day. It sits amongst rice fields of Ubud and the area is just beautiful. The resort was under...

The resort was amazing and such good value. The lush green surroundings with little river running through the compund was beautiful. The room was huge as was the bathroom. The bathroom was amazing grotto style bathroom with exposed stone work and Balinese features. The location was perfect, it was a little bit away from the main centre of Ubud but...

Unfortunately, I stayed here on the last night of a great 10 day trip to Bali and by almost every measure this place did not compare favorably to the other places I stayed, even though in some cases it cost more than other hotels I stayed in. My advice would be to go see the museum and walk around the...

Having stayed at many places in Bali, I would rate this one as one of the most authentically Balinese places I have been to (The Alam hotels being the other). We rented a villa with a private pool and loved every moment of it. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom with open-air shower probably the largest I have...

Arma resort and spa offered a great deal on a two bedroom villa close enough to town to walk and in a very simple setting. The property is vast and is nestled close to rice fields. We satyed in a compound that actually had two seperate one bedroom villas with a huge open air bathroom for each and a pool...

Not great... Room was dated and felt a bit dirty. Disappointed as it was relatively expensive(for Bali). We got a superior room but was not nice!!!

We stayed at ARMA from 23/12 to 26/12, and thought it was amazing. The grounds of the hotel and museum are stunning, and quite large. Our room was very large as well, and the staff were very helpful. The complimentary shuttle to ubud center was great too. Breakfast was fine. We did have a few bug issues, however the room...

After reading the reviews I had mixed feelings about our choice of accommodation. Travelling with 3 adult children & 2 parents we all had quite different expectations, 2 children were first timers to Bali. Personally, I have been going there over a 20 year period, so have had a number of accommodation experiences. This one proved to be an extremely...

We have just completed a four night stay in one of the family pool villas with our 3 children and were very happy with the experience. Staying over Xmas we were pleasantly surprised by receiving 2 baskets of baked Xmas goodies delivered to our room. The resort offered a special 10 course+ choice of Indonesian or Balinese Christmas menu at...

My partner and I were truly delighted with our 7-night rustic stay in Arma resort. The compound of the resort is huge as the founder/owner seems to have an avid interest in all aspects like art, farming. Though the resort is not located in central Ubud, the resort provides almost hourly shuttle service from Resort to Central Ubud and vice...
