The water in pool wasn't really clean and moreover gull of insects. Bathroom was extremely smelly and full of insects so each morning I found a lot of dead insects on the sink and floor. Showroom and toilet room are definitely need renovation. Food was horrible...seems that chefs are not trained at all. Varieties of food for breakfast were very...

This resort was undoubtedly beautiful. My husband and I stayed in the villa with private pool as part of the honeymoon package. We were picked up in a car by the hotel as part of the package and transferred to the hotel (it's a long way from the airport). When we got there there staff were somewhat obliging but very...

This place is beyond magical. Myself & my large family stayed here for my fathers 50th birthday & we all had an exceptional stay. The entire resort truly is breathtaking. The service was impeccable, the staff went above & beyond for us from organising our outings, to organising a surprise birthday cake for my Dad which was so lovely. I...

This place is by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in my traveling life. I went with my boyfriend for vacation and wish we could stay longer! We stayed in a private pool villa (villa 401 if you're interested. It was a great villa with a BEAUTIFUL view) Trust me when I say pictures and videos...

On our honeymoon we stayed here for 4 nights and it was heaven! Our own private villa with epic views and our own private pool! It was literally heaven. No one could see us so we could walk around naked if we wanted. Service was excellent and prompt. Overstaffed meant amazing service nonstop. Breakfast included. Great food. Free shuttle to...

We booked to stay here 3 nights in a valley view pool villa. Very deceiving as generally villas are individual buildings. We had villas next door and above and I had no valley view even from our pool. The pool bar was never occupied by staff, and it was difficult to obtain drink service here also. The breakfast here was basic...

We have just stayed here for 7 nights. Loved it. The staff are all so lovely and go out of their way to help you'. The free shuttle is great to use to get into Ubud. The breakfasts and free afternoon teas were wonderful. Heaps of food to choose from at breakfast, and great to sample the local cakes. We...

We love the Payogan and the staff, have stayed 4 times and will be going back next year. The private villa and pool we had was wonderful, so relaxing and enjoyable. You can easily go down to Udud in the courtesy bus or stay at the resort and be totally spoiled. Wayne & Caryn NT Australia

I chose this hotel for the location, didn't want to be in the city and loved it. We have stayed at the private pool villa and waking up each morning looking at the magnificent view listening to the birds singing was amazing. It is a pretty romantic setting , so probably best for the couples .Would not leave villa if...
