The rooms are very rundown, wifi works intermittently, our in room safe was broken, the twin beds were on a slant, room service not delivered, private pool furniture was mouldy. The location is good, but I would not recommend this hotel.

our rooms are moldy. walls full of mold spots. All our clothes were wet, because the room was so humid. The shower was discusting. Our blond hair goes really green if we swimming in the pool or take a shower. Wi-fi doesn't work in our room and pool area its works badly. They didn't know why our hair goes green...

Not too shabby. Middle of Monkey Forest Rd good restaurants within easy walking distance. Only down side was if one is older try to make sure you get a room towards the front of the hotel as the rear is very hilly and you will need to be part mountain goat to get to and from. Staff were very welcoming...

his review is long over due. My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here bringing in the New Year for 2017 and would highly recommend. The property is just spectacular, the infinity pools overlooking the jungle, our private villa, as well as the convenience of a 15 minute walk to the main shops and Monkey Forest. What I love...

We stayed here 8 days and had a truly lovely stay. I was here with a group of 24 - and the polite and very helpful staff and manager Gusti did everything to make us fell good. Room changing, help with everything and just a lot of smiles and laughs with us. Thanks! And the hotel is VERY BEAUTIFUL. Especially...

We stayed 4 nights in the resort, we had a nice room with double beds, at the end of the resort but the hotel offers an electric car to carry luggages and guests. The rooms and bathroom are big and well equipped (no hairdryer). There are 2 nice swimming pools surrounded by green and coconuts trees. Perfect place to relax....

Does exactly what it says on the tin! An amazingly located hotel near the monkey park and not far from the town. Easily located too. Relaxing stay with nice staff. We only stayed the 1 night but it was enough to chill and enjoy the breakfast. The rooms where clean, great space and a nice balcony out to the centre...

Nice hotel just a few hundred meters from the main road in Ubud. It feels as if you live in the rural outskirts of a very busy town (Ubud) as the hotel is situated besides some rice fields. Although this is rapidly changing. It is one of the many nice hotels in Ubud, so even in the high season there...

Good price, centrally located. Well maintained and beautiful surrounds. Good value for money. Everything within walking distance. Close enough for a nice walk through the rice fields and to the Monkey Forest.

The sink was choked. I asked the hotel staff to look at it but they never check and do their job. The aircon was not cold and water leaking at night. Again I ask maintenance guy to check but he seems like not sure how to do it, I have to show him the YouTube and not sure he understand....
