I absolutely recommend a stay at Bayu for anyone traveling to Ubud. My wife and I spent three nights here on a trip to Bali and it was a highlight of the trip. The guesthouse is situated right smack in the middle of Ubud, but luckily at the end of a narrow alley and abutting a rice field and temple...

For those who want peace but within easy reach of amenities, this is the place. It is also well-located, tucked at the end of a 200m lane off Monkey Forest street, diagonally across from Cafe Wayan and Bendi's. Rama room is perfect if you want a view of paddy-fields. As in the photo, the room's terrace gets you close to...

I stay in Bayu for 2 days in 23-25 July 2014. I choose this after I read the review here. Bayu guest house is totally beyond my imagination. I stay in Sita room, that was a very clean big room and big toilet. That room also have walk in closet. Everytime after I went to walk outside the room always...

We stayed at Bayu guesthouse with our one year old baby for three days. When traveling with a baby or toddler you start to appreciate clean rooms and especially clean floors even more. We have never, in our 15 years of traveling, experienced such housekeeping as practised by Bayu guesthouse. Everytime we left our room for over an hour or...

I stayed here once again from May 21 - 27 and it felt very much like a home coming. Kadek and her family were as always the perfect hosts. I stayed in the Rama room which overlooks rice fields at the rear:it was spotlessly maintained: the bed linen changed daily and the breakfasts served upstairs on the balcony area were...

We stayed at Bayu Guesthouse for 2 nights and would definitely recommend it to friends. Very nice, quiet and clean place, friendly staff and owner happy to arrange guests requirements if needed such as transport, airport pick-up, tours, etc.

Rooms very modern and included a DVD player with a selection of DVDs to watch. However, we had a few small complaints with the shower temperature and pressure as at certain times of day we couldn't get any (hot) water. Also, there is currently a busy building site nearby which dampened the tranquility of the sitting on the balcony. It's...

Having read all the reviews of this guest house prior to making reservation, it definitely did not let me down one bit. Save to say..one of the wisest decision I've ever made in terms of choosing an accommodation. Trust the reviews people! You won't regret it. For me...if only I'd stayed longer. Bayu, I WILL be back.

I originally booked a 2 night stay at the Bayu Guest House, but was so enchanted by every aspect of this place - the huge, comfortable room overlooking the rice fields, the central (yet quiet!) location, the warm, impeccable service - that I decided to stay a third night. And, if you need a pickup at the airport or a...

I was in Bayu guesthouse from 24th Mar - 29th Mar 2014 and i've to say everything exceeded way out of expectations. I was really shocked by the room standard and the surrounding of the guesthouse has to offer. With the price they are charging, it is totally the best-value stay i had ever stayed. I was in Rama room...
