Big hotel near ubud with nice services and helpful staff. The room was surrounded by the garden, so beautiful and relaxing. The room quite spacious with bathtub inside the bathroom. If I'm not mistaken, they also have their own organic garden. The breakfast is various and so tasty.

I stayed at the Bhuwana hotel in November 2019 when i was solo travelling and my experience with there was absolutely amazing!! I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms were always clean and spacious. Was quite hot & humid when I stayed so I definitely utilised the airconditioning - this cooled down the room very quickly. Room stayed cool but there is I had a great view over the pool area. The staff were so friendly, prompt, always willing to help, professional, answered any questions I had and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. I unfortunately had to cut my trip short and they were amazing with helping me get back. It is so incredible to see all the fresh fruit and vegetables been grown right on the premises that you eat the restaurant - the coconut pancakes are terrific! The breakfast included was excellent value and so filling, definitely worth having. And had a nice view of the pool. The pool was a great size and lots of sun beds to use. The day spa is also amazing and very good value for money - I used this a bit! There is a free shuttle service that operated to take you into town that operates every hour. I caught this a few times but mostly walked - it is about a 15/20 minute walk. There are scooters everywhere as well you can use to get back to the hotel. Overall, I loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone that wants to unwind for a bit.

Thank you to Ni Putu Candrawati (Candra) and to all the staff of Bhuwana Ubud Hotel for making our stay exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for a peaceful resort retreat to recharge your health battery this is the the perfect place to do it and I can't wait to come back again. Here what I loved - the tranquilty of a resort nestled in a rice feild but only a short trip into town for shopping and dining. The fantastic on site restaurant with a wonderful menu including lots of fresh locally grown produce and fresh juices. The pool with a swimup non alcohol bar nestled next to the spa where I had daily blissful massage and also the daily yoga on request. This is a secret jewel!!!

Great hotel in an ideal location to central Ubud. They offer a free shuttle service which is perfect too. Communication at reception at the hotel is their only downfall. Other than that the hotel was great!

This hotel, just outside Ubud (with a shuttle service) is where we spend all our trips to Ubud for regeneration and recuperation. The hotel has purchased the rice-fields that surround it, preserving its situation in a way not possible in the centre of Ubud. This, along with their mini organic farm, provides a true retreat; a place of peace and tranquility. The staff and kitchens are first class. Don't miss out on the breakfasts. We recommend it most highly!

Bhuwana Ubud Hotel and Farming is a beautiful serene property about 10 mins drive from Ubud Town. Initially I was concerned about being a bit far out of town but it was a blessing in the end, because the peace and tranquility you get there is well-needed after a busy day shopping or doing yoga. The hotel shuttle is also a plus - it runs every 2 hours from 10am to 10pm. Do remember do book your place at the reception as the driver does not wait for latecomers! The hotel restaurant food is excellent with breakfast on weekends as a special treat. I had the Bhuwana Morning Glory breakfast with a delicious frittata two days in a row. The pool is also well-maintained and not crowded. Rooms are simple but clean and well-furnished. For the spa, you have to book your treatment at least 1 hour in advance during opening hours of 9am-6pm but the extra effort is well worth it. My therapist Dewi was pleasant and experienced and it was a heavenly treatment in a silent spa cottage all to ourselves. No one else to disturb and not a busy commercial space like what you'd find elsewhere! Overall a lovely property, good value for money and highly recommended if you want a peaceful getaway.
