We stayed at Kenanga in August 2015, and had a really wonderful time. The place is definitely an oasis where one can rest and chill. The view from our rooms was of rice paddies all the way to the horizon. The restaurant serves very tasty dishes, and good sized portions. We were vegetarian and they had not problem accommodating us....

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Kenanga Boutique Hotel for two weeks - the staff was most accommodating from arranging transport from the Airport to helping us arrange for a variety of tours and transport requirements. The Kenanga Boutique Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Ubud, which suited us just fine, being away from...

Just a little out of the hustle and bustle of Ubud this hotel was fantastic. Tucked back off the street the entry isn't that inviting. But once inside, you see the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the rice fields and the thatched roof open air restaurant. We stayed in a bungalow with a private little yard (#7) Just behind the beautiful pool,...

This find was exactly as expected - a tranquil, lush and green rice-field oasis that epitomises Ubud and its gracious people. The staff are well trained and superb - attentive but not overly so - as well as genuinely caring and in general, beautiful (inside and out). The hotel has few rooms that are tastefully decorated and that blend with...

The hotel is 15 minutes from the center of Ubud, surrounded by rice fields. It has a wonderful swimming pool, a great restaurant and the staff is very friendly. The attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are large, the beds very confortable, great linen, very good air conditioning ( an important item in this warm and humid climate), fast...

This was the first of four hotels that we stayed at during our 10 day trip around Bali. The last time we visited Ubud was back in 2010, and although it has definitely become a lot more commercialized than it used to be (Starbucks, anyone?), there are still areas where you can find relaxation. Kenanga is one of those places....

We had a really nice time staying at this hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. The food was great, and hygienically made. The staff were respectful and friendly. There was a new building going up, which had a bit of a negative impact the serenity, but it was also fascinating to watch. And it was all very lush and beautiful....

This was the last leg of our Bali trip and it was absolutely amazing! The staff here are wonderful and would do anything they could to help you! They prepare your room ready for bed while you are out at dinner and even leave little fruit snacks for you! On the last day we had an 11pm flight out and...

The Kenanga hotel was so beautiful and peaceful. I went there with a friend of mine over the holidays, and the staff was very accommodating. The lovely woman who owns the hotel was very sweet as well, and gave us great recommendations for good restaurants in the area. The hotel is located a little bit outside of Ubud, but close...
