Amazing everything can't fault anything! Breakfast was great, service great, rooms great and spacious, floating breakfast great, massages great. No faults come to mind. Free shuttle to town every hour which was very handy, can book taxis through them.

Our first trip to Bali, this was our second hotel stay and by far the best! Could not fault a single thing, we stayed in a suite room with two balconies overlooking the resort and rain forest, it was truly spectacular. On arrival we were greeted very professionally and warmly by security, staff and hotel manager (sorry forgot his name! Will add a pic) felt like royalty from the off with our luggage being taken and sent straight to our room! Fresh fruit and a welcome drink upon arrival. We were shown around the hotel, including the infinity pool that was yards from our suite, a lovely spot to sit, swim and relax. We were given lots of information and escorted to our suite by the manager himself. Our suite was outstanding, lots of room with a very large comfy bed complete with mosquito nets and a rather large lovely daybed. Each day and evening the lovely housekeeping team would come and tidy our room and turn down our bed and close the nets around it. The resort itself was very idyllic set in the rainforest and amongst working rice fields which we passed everyday and the workers always greeted us with a smile or a wave, as did the groundsmen, each day they would always be there weeding, cleaning or brushing the path’s. Mr Wayan restaurant had spectacular views overlooking the gardens and rice fields, all the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you, always filling up your glass with water, juice and coffee, delivering fresh pastries and amazing breakfast each morning. The dinner and evening menu’s dishes were something els, the quality and flavour of their food was absolutely stunning a credit to their chef’s, we would definitely score it a 10/10 everything was amazing. So to sum it up we would 100% recommended Wappa di Ume and we are looking so forward to visiting again in the near future, thank you to ALL the amazing friendly staff at Wappa, you truly made our holiday a memorable one.…

Cannot fault this resort. Ever little detail has been thought out. I stayed with my 16 year (very hard to please) she loved this place, the staff, omg the breakfast, dinner, all the food...oh and the latte was delicious. We stayed in the villa with a plunge pool. Spotless clean, tasteful, housekeeping morning & before bed time, we had out sheets turned & tidied again...and we never saw the housekeepers. The staff really respect your privacy. Highlights, the garden grounds, 3 pools including infinity pool, lush jungle in between, rice fields, functioning large gym, restaurant, Cafe, day spa (try the couple massage inc foot scrub, body mask, deep warm bath covered with fresh petals)...felt spoilt!!

Truly a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. The staff are by far the most valuable part of this place. They can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable! We were there for 1 week and it was simply spectacular. well located in a rest area, the hotel offers transportation to the center every hour, very nice facilities, excellent breakfast included, but the service was the best, very friendly, willing to help, with a smile always, but the best was ARIK at breakfast, excellent service. definitely super recommended and we will come back again!

What a beautiful place! We spent the first part of our honeymoon here and everyone was so amazing at making it perfect for us. I'm really bad at remembering names but every member of staff that we encountered, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and a good selection.

Absolutely amazing and faultless experience with Wapa Di Ume. From being picked up in the early hours from the airport by the lovely Wayan and being golf carted to our room by the waiting staff, to having a fantastic half day tour arranged at short notice with the excellent and very friendly Agus. The whole place is set amongst stunning rice fields which you overlook when taking breakfast, which is a several course affair, with unlimited juice, water and hot drinks, along with lovely Balinese fruit, pastries, and a big selection of breakfasts. Evening meals were excellent too (staff are very keen to cater for any allergy/dietary requirements too). You can very easily have your meal or drinks taken to your room or Sun lounger by the pool. Wish we’d enjoyed the free yoga, but the free massage was also excellent. The hourly shuttle into Ubud is very convenient, and WhatsApp communication with the hotel made it incredibly easy to negotiate passage back. We will definitely stay here when we visit Bali again - thank you Wapa!…

We were very impressed and grateful for the hospitality we received at Wapa di Ume. To begin with, the property itself is beautiful. It's big, there's a river that runs through it and it's surrounded the rice paddies. We were welcomed with an offer to be upgraded to a bigger villa, but we didn't have a need for such a big place (and the suite we originally reserved was plenty big!). There was no shortage of places to hang out and lounge - there are two pools to choose from, a bar & restaurant, a gym, a yoga room (with complimentary yoga sessions for guests!). We also had a private & intimate dinner one of the nights in one of their beautiful outdoor spaces (and there's no shortage of them). You can go to the center of town via their complimentary bikes or shuttle. Life is very convenient staying at the resort. On our last day, when we were already checked out, we checked our bags at the front desk to hold and we decided to get a couple's massage before heading to the airport. Best way to end our stay! On a side note, when we got to the airport, we realized we did not have the paintings (rolled up in a tube) we bought from Semar Kuning! It was still in their luggage hold. We immediately WhatsApp'd the hotel, and fast forward to today, the staff helped ship it back to us successfully! Terima kasih to the wonderful people at Wapa di Ume!…

The hotel is set in a beautiful rice field, just a short shuttle ride (free!) from Ubud city center. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The pools were beautiful, especially the infinity pool. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The staff did a great job accommodating my vegetarian diet. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 7 nights. The staff is excellent, very attentive and quick response to every information. Food was amazing from breakfast lunch and dinner. We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool, although some part is less private due to the lack of plants as shades, generally, the room is very spacious and comfy, very quiet. Some finishes in the property need some love due to weathered and probably no use during Covid Overall we recommend it and definitely will go back.
