The staff are at the heart of Adiwana Suweta: the coordination prior to arrival and throughout our stay, and the coordination between front desk, concierge, restaurant and tour guides were one of the best we have ever experienced. Every detail was thought through, every question was responded to (via WhatsApp), and we truly felt seen, heard and understood. A special shout out to Gusti: she is a beautiful treasure and presence at Adiwana and made us feel so warmly welcomed, made us feel right at home and coordinated everything like a mind reader! Nothing was ever a hassle or a problem. You are amazing Gusti! A special mention to all the restaurant staff for serving us nourishing breakfast, afternoon tea and accommodating our diverse dietary requirements. We enjoyed the Indonesian dishes (veggie options were available) for breakfast with healthy fresh fruit blends and a selection of lattes. We loved, loved, loved that we could choose to have our breakfast any time during the day. Thanks for making the eggless cake for a special birthday celebration and bringing it together so well. Highly recommend the cooking lesson with Chef Komang: we learnt so much about creating flavourful Balinese dishes and had an incredible lunch prepared by us! It was loads of fun! The tour guide Yuda is phenomenal and has a deep passion for Ubud, we were privileged to learn from his knowledge, passion and lived experience. Pirlo was great and introduced us to beautiful hiking paths through the rice fields. The hotel is about 3km from town and we caught the Hotel’s free shuttle service or booked Grab to go into town to watch performances. It was lovely to stay a bit further away from all the noise although I did struggle with Ubud not having enough walking paths and stray dogs everywhere. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and stunning jungle views. The kids enjoyed the bottomless cookies, sweet potato crisps, local fruits and snacks that were regularly stocked in the room. It took away price consciousness and the feeling that we were at a hotel, rather made us feel right at home. Wish other hotels make note of these small touches of hospitality. The cleaning and the turn down service was meticulously thoughtful. They have set the bar so high that other hotel experiences feel underwhelming. Overall, all the staff are just incredible at Adiwana Suweta: if you would like a holiday that feels like home away from home, then Adiwana is a wholesome experience to be enjoyed and cherished. We are already looking into dates for our next holiday at Adiwana Suweta. Thank you for the most beautiful experience 🙏

We spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel, located about 10min drive from central Ubud. We stayed in a 2 bedroom private villa which was beautiful. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 huge bathrooms plus a living room and a private pool. We loved the in-house toiletries and selection of herbal teas provided. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary and the staff decorated our room beautifully and filled the bathtub with petals which we loved! It is worth noting that there is an additional charge for room decoration. I was advised of this in advance and was happy to pay but a little surprised as in other hotels that we have stayed in such gestures have been complimentary.
Some suggestions for improvement are to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes/towels and to provide some drawers in the bedroom for clothes. There is a small hanging wardrobe in the bathroom but none in the bedroom. Also it would be good to be able to lock the main front door of the villa from the outside. This is not possible which meant having to lock each of the two separate bedrooms at night and when we went out for security.
We enjoyed the delicious a la carte breakfast in the restaurant every morning especially the fresh juices. We also had dinner in the restaurant on our first night which was very good and they surprised us with delicious cake for our anniversary/birthday celebration and this was complimentary!
The new spa is also great - I enjoyed two superb massages there and prices are very reasonable.
We would especially like to thank all the lovely staff at the resort - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp concierge service was excellent and all queries promptly addressed. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I was looking forward to the large pool, good reviews and delicious breakfast, but it was the best stay I could expect. The hotel/room was clean and well-cleaned, and it was a flower bath even though I had not requested it, perhaps because the room was on the ground floor just near the entrance to the pool & bar! The staff are all smiling and the service is excellent, and delicious breakfasts are served until 10:30pm at night. We had breakfast at a restaurant called Table Spoon, and the coffee was very good, and I was told that they were buying beans from a nearby place called Seniman Coffee, so I bought the coffee as a souvenir. There is a daily turndown service and two bottles of water are included. Also, drinks and snacks in the fridge were replenished daily for free, and I was happy to find Pocari sweat and Japanese juice. The flight home was in the middle of the night, so I checked beforehand if I could only use the shower after Check-out, and they said they could lend me a shower at the spa, so they let me use a room. The location was about 5 minutes by motorbike and 30 minutes on foot to the center of Ubud (Royal Palace area). It was a lovely hotel that I would like to stay in again next time.

We stayed at adiwana suweta Ubud for 4 nights. It was a lovely stay the whole time. The staff is more than helpful and even knows who you are at all times which gives it an extra personal touch. They will also help you with everything you need. The rooms are beautiful and my personal highlight was the balkony with the view over the colourful gardens and a bit of jungle. The rooms have big bath tubs where you can relax after a day out in Ubud. Also a nice touch was the free mini bar where you can get multiple Softdrinks, tea and coffee in your room. The brakes fast is also a highlight since you get to order a big variety of different things a la carte including freshly made smoothies and juices every morning. The location is about 5 minutes drive from the city center, and the hotel has a free shuttle. We rented a scooter which was also completely and easily organized by the staff. All in all one of the best hotels with an extraordinary service we’ve stayed in so far. Definitely would recommend to stay here and also come back here again. Thank you to Yudian, Yanwi, Gusti and all the other people of the staff at so Wana for a lovely time here.

I stayed at Adiwana Suweta for 7 days, and while there were some positives, there were areas that could use improvement.
Food – 2/5 Breakfast was disappointing—bland, overpriced for the quantity, and with only limited options. It wasn’t a buffet, and there was very little protein with a lot of carbs. For the price, I expected more variety. However, a free breakfast was provided upon request at any time of the day between 7 AM and 10:30 PM, which was a nice touch. For dinner, I visited the restaurant twice but was disappointed to find that not everything on the menu was available. I only learned this after paying for the meal. Additionally, when I ordered fish, I was served clams and squid, and the staff didn't seem to take allergies into consideration. As a result, I had to skip dinner on one occasion. The one redeeming aspect of the dining experience was the live music, which added a pleasant atmosphere.
Spa – 5/5 The spa experience was fantastic! The staff were friendly and professional, and I really enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend it for a relaxing experience.
Room Service – 3/5 During our stay, room service could have been better. For the first two days, they forgot to take out the dirty dishes and plates. Towels weren’t replaced throughout our seven-day stay, which was disappointing. On a positive note, some free amenities like coffee, juice, and Coke were provided.
Rooms – 2/5 Unfortunately, the room had a strong mouldy smell, which caused headaches, especially during the sunniest hours. At times, we had to step outside for fresh air to alleviate the discomfort. Aircon was ok.
Pool – 3.5/5 The pool is nice for relaxation, but it's a bit small for swimming laps. It could also benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Location – 3/5 The resort is about 2 km from Ubud Centre. They offer a free shuttle at set times, but if you miss that, it’s either a 30-minute walk or you’ll need to pay for another shuttle service.
Overall While there were some positive aspects of the stay, such as the spa and live music, I believe there are better deals available elsewhere. Given the price, I expected more from the dining, room service, and room conditions.

We arrived at the hotel and received a very friendly welcome. Good explanation of general matters while enjoying a welcome drink. The room was really beautiful and the view from the pool too. You can have a delicious breakfast at the restaurant and you can also enjoy a delicious dinner here in the evening. Everything is arranged for you and the minibar is refilled every day for free. Upon arrival you will receive a voucher with a discount for the laundry service and the restaurant. We enjoyed every moment we were here! Too bad we can't give 6 stars, because this is definitely worth it!

It was a very pleasant stay with great teamwork from all the hotel staff and a spirit of at-home "hospitality"!! The rooms (with separate shower and tub in the bathroom) are very clean, comfortable in size and the large balcony is as convenient as the second living room. The overall hotel is compact, but the shared facilities (restaurant, pool, gym, etc.) are at a satisfactory level during the stay. You can also order a delicious breakfast course with about 10 à la carte menus for free at any time of the day, including drinks from the refrigerator in your room. If we run out of drinks, we can always ask for refills. Complimentary 10-minute foot massage during your stay. This time, the couple enjoyed the 70-minute course in a beautiful private spa in the hotel, combined with a 60-minute complimentary Baliness massage for stays of three nights or more. The hotel is located 7 to 8 minutes' drive north of the Royal Palace and can be reached by GRAB directly to the city center. There is also a convenience store just outside the hotel, with everything you need. It was a nice, sheltered hotel with a high cost of living offering very pleasant service.

We changed our reservation to this hotel for our honeymoon. The room was very clean, the balcony was beautiful and there was a couch. The service staff was very patient and polite. When they received us, they also introduced the local bracelet culture and gave us three-color bracelets to pray for a safe and smooth journey. The facilities, gardens, and swimming pool behind the hotel are also very beautiful, as well as villa-style rooms. There is a welcome message on the mirror in the room, a honeymoon straw woven on the bed, and a honeymoon cake for breakfast. The service is very attentive and polite. The breakfast is more Western-style but also has some Balinese characteristics, and the taste is average. The toiletries in the bathroom have a very special smell, but the hair dryer is difficult to use, and the floor is prone to water accumulation. It would be better if there are more absorbent pads on the floor.

The ambiance of Adiwana Suweta was absolutely amazing. As we arrived, we were greeted by the super friendly and welcoming staff. The entire staff made us feel like family. The staff was very attentive and ready assist us if we needed anything. The staff was also super quick with everything. Puspa did an amazing job of checking us in and telling us about the hotel all of its many amenities. The string that she tied on our wrist was so memorable that I still don’t want to take it off even after I have left the hotel. It was also my birthday during my stay at the hotel. My boyfriend ordered the flower arrangement for the pool and it was absolutely STUNNING. Sooo pretty! We also had a candle lit dinner with Pera as our host. She was so amazing and very attentive as well. She made sure we enjoyed our food and it was cooked to our liking. Pera really made our night special. Gusti made checking out a breeze and super easy. Puspa and Gusti made sure we double checked the room to ensure that we were not leaving anything. If I could give this place a hundred stars, I would. I really enjoyed my stay and loved every minute of it.

We were given a very warm welcome by Puspa when we arrived. It must be mentioned, however, that the entire team is so warm that you feel at home. The hotel complex is very nice, everything is clean and you don't lack anything. A free shuttle goes to the center and back a few times a day. This is very helpful, especially if you don't have your own scooter or something. There is only a spa in the neighboring hotel, which belongs to the same chain, but the staff here can also arrange appointments for you without any problems. There is also a partner hotel in the city where you can visit the spa, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend that, as you either have to book transport through the hotel at a very high price or arrange it yourself. We booked through the hotel website and stayed for a little longer (6 nights), so I don't know if the following statements apply to all bookings. In addition to breakfast (which is also very good), we had afternoon tea included in the price. This includes one drink and three small meals per person. However, for some unknown reason, you have to expect long waiting times here. There was also a free fruit basket in the room, a free transfer (e.g. to the airport), a free pre-dinner cocktail every evening, a 10% discount in the restaurant (not on alcoholic drinks) and a professional photo session. If we had to leave early before the restaurant opened, they always prepared a delicious breakfast box for us. We can really recommend a stay here.

What they say about the shuttle is true. What I would recommend if you can is to rent a moto scooter so you avoid the big traffic of Ubud and go out to different places. That is what we did with my husband to you to the center, temples near ubud, some other attractions without depending on the hours and avoiding traffic (is worse for cars).
We stayed here 4 nights beside the construction. The workers and hotel staff were excellent. It was not a problem at all noise or interuption wise. Our room and location were beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is great to work on behalf of the guests. You can also hire a driver for a day or half a day thru the hotel and it's very reasonable if you would like to do a tour.
There are more places to choose from in the Ubud area.
