Handed over my credit card to pay and everyone was happy and smiling. Checked my bank 3 days later and they had taken multiple payments. Had to decide whether to freeze my card and spend the rest of my holiday without a credit card, or ask the hotel to do the right thing and reverse the charge. I chose to...

Inata Hotel is a beautiful oasis right off the main strip in Ubud leading to the Monkey Forrest, and a LOT of shopping options! Can easily walk to the massive Ubud Markets from here, and there are massages parlours & restaurants galore in close proximity. The pool looks beautiful, it was overcast when we were there so didn't try it...

Lovely hotel tucked away behind the busy monkey forest road. Nice welcome and lovely room. The shower could have been better, weak water pressure and it leaked all over the bathroom floor. TV had good channels but was a bit fuzzy at times. Nice pool, slightly small and only about 6 sun beds. Amazing location, very central to all restaurants...

Clean and modern, friendly staff who helped us with scooter hire, nice pool set in a nice garden location, very good breakfast with a few options and complimentary tea/coffee in the afternoon. Staff even...

What a BEAUTIFUL place hidden away in the streets of Ubud. So peaceful but yet it is in reach of many restaurants and shops and literally a walk from Monkey Forrest. Beautiful clean room and so peaceful. Beautiful swimming pool, AMAZING breakfasts, glorious FREE coffee and tea in the afternoons. Who absolutely fell in love with Ubud and Inata most...

A lovely little hotel in the very centre of ubud! Minutes from the monkey temple, ubud palace, markets and huge selection of restaurants and cafes. The hotel is in a small spot behind some shops but it's nice to be away from the bustle. The grounds are pretty and the staff very friendly, there is a small pool and some...

We had booked a different hotel in Ubud, but when we got there it was so far away from everything we would have had to take a taxi everywhere. I booked Inata through booking.com as I was sitting at the reception area of the other hotel. I got it for half the price I was going to spend at the...

The Inata is a small basic Hotel but offers everything you need. TV/video, tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast included, spotlessly clean pool, polite, friendly staff, room made up every day, etc. etc. It is set back off of the VERY BUSY main road so is very quiet and you wouldn't even know you were on a busy road. The location...
