We stayed in Bali for three weeks in June and this place was by far our favourite. It was very peaceful and quiet despite being in a very good Location. We barely saw any other guests the whole time we stayed. The pool in our villa was amazing. Tip: don’t stay here if you don’t like monkeys. They will visit morning and afternoon. They will steal stuff if you leave it out! One stole our doorbell.

You can’t compliant with anything during the stay. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. Amazing breakfast and you even get the free yoga class on every Wednesday. Highly recommend to everyone if travel to Ubud, Bali.

This hotel has been a delightful experience.The restaurant provided fantastic service which made our stay memorable. Chef Mardi, the Executive Chief of Shrida restaurant prepares amazing and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner with great passion and dedication. He makes a point of interacting with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience and Chef Mardi is well supported by his head waiter Benny. Hotel management should be very proud of its team at Shrida restaurant. World class dining. This hotel is fabulous, with great rooms and excellent Front Office service. The Hotel Management should offer a bigger and better TV selection to accommodate English speaking requirements eg Australia TV and a selection of movies.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying in the Royal Kamuela Ubud recently. We stayed in the one bedroom villa for 4 nights and it was nothing short of 5-star. The staff went above and beyond to provide top rate service, and did everything with a smile. Staff were always happy to be of assistance, whether it be a dinner recommendation or advice on sightseeing. I unfortunately sprained my ankle badly while in Ubud. The hotel staff not only assisted me to my room and provided ice for my ankle, but also arranged drop off and pick up to a local clinic so I could get an X-Ray. Our daily in-room breakfasts were beautiful to look at and to eat. We had a stunning hot stone massage in the spa also. All of this for a very reasonaable price tag. Will definitely be back, and recommending to friends.…

We began our honeymoon here and were treated impeccably. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautifully kept, huge showers and jacuzzi baths - the food was also to die for! Would recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful stay but close to lots of attractions.

Royal Kumela Ubut villas and balcony suites is magnificent. 50mts off the main St you are transformed into peace and tranquility. We had villa 12 and other than the sound of the waterfall into the villa pool it is perfect tranquility. The main pool is stunning also as are the beatuful staff and food here. Enjoy the views over the rice paddy frorm the second floor and the everyday vists from the monkeys around 3pm. Thank you to all the staff you are a blessing to the world. Russ and Jan Australia.
