Enjoyable 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It is located a little bit further from the big road making this a quiet environment. Yet local eateries are still within reach for delivery through online apps. Each room has its own bathroom with a bathtub and a jacuzzi respectively. Taking a shower and dipping in the bathtub under the glass roof let our body relax. The villa itself is spacious enough for our family to relax by the pool while having light meals. The villa is equipped with full amenities including plates, cutleries, and microwave as well as refillable drinking water. Try the music player to chillax by the pool. Last but not least, they have friendly staffs who are ready to help you around. Definetely will go back in the near future! Thank you!

Asvara Villa Ubud is one of the villas that I like the most in Ubud, this is my last choice to stay before returning to Jakarta. The room is very spacious and very homie for me to feel at home in the room while watching Netflix in the room. This room is also equipped with Alexa for music fans . the bathroom is also very clean with a shower facing the private pool etc. when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy a floating breakfast in the pool directly by opening the main bedroom door. there is a living area and working desk for work and free refills of water, coffee and tea. Cutlery is also very complete in the room, making it the right choice for couples who want to enjoy alone time in the room. there is a hot water Jacuzzi that can be enjoyed together with a partner. You can also request flower decorations for your partner. I highly recommend this villa for couples who want to enjoy a romantic and calm and comfortable atmosphere. the service here is also very satisfying. If I return to Bali, I will choose this resort again.

The staffs is the absolute best that i have seen in my years of travel. The hotel is a brand new luxurious establishment in the middle of rice paddy fields. Excellent rooms with great service. I stayed at the Asvara in a One Bedroom Pool Villa for my first 2 nights on my recent trip to Ubud. The photos you find online, give a good representation of the villa itself. Check in staff were pleasant to deal with.
Pros:
Mattress and pillows were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on.
Smart TV was fantastic for a chill day when the weather was a bit average.
Jacuzzi was a great addition as it was too cold to swim, but my jacuzzi wouldn’t turn on and it was too much of a hassle to call staff to fix as I was already in.
In house massage. I had one of these on arrival for 300k. It was great that I didn’t have to leave my villa to search for a massage. Other services were also available in house.
Location of the villa was very easy to find and never had any issues with Gojek finding me. It was about 20 min into Ubud though, but with the price of a Gojek being about 50k it wasn’t an issue.
Food at the restaurant out the front was amazing. I had the most beautiful chicken and rocket salad. They didn’t have the best cocktails unfortunately and only had a quite limited list with no international spirits available (I would have been happy to pay for more Smirnoff or an international brand I was familiar with).
Cons:
Sheets and pillow cases had a lot of stains on them and need more attention. I didn’t raise this with staff as I was only there for 2 nights, but there was what looked like dried blood stains.
The outdoor shower. Unfortunately with the shower location right next to the outdoor lounges, the fabric of these chairs mean they’re constantly wet. You could not lie on these with clothes on and they stunk of Mould from not really ever drying (the never received any sunlight). I would recommend switching these out for a more weather proof option. The hammock was the same and might be ok to relax in with wet swimwear, but not dry clothes.
Small size of the outdoor space meant there was rarely any sun on the pool so the pool was too cold to swim in.
The villas are very close to one another, and I could hear quite a loud party happening not too far away. It didn’t bother me though and I didn’t raise it with staff. But if you wanted to relax with your partner this might be an issue.
General cleanliness of the villa wasn’t great. The windows looked like they’d never been cleaned.
Overall, for AUD $100 I was happy with my stay and for that price would stay again if I wasn’t spending too much time here.

The room was very nice and cozy. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. When we arrived at midnight to check in, they still helped us with our luggage and took the time to explain about the room. They washed our car on our 1st night (we stayed here for 4 nights). There were some issues with the phone and door lock but they quickly repair the door lock and the phone was not an issue for us.
Since this is in Ubud, insects are expected. I got a lot of bites when I slept, found ant and few bugs on the bed. We never open the door whenever we are inside, so probably they kept the door open during the room cleaning hence a lot of bugs went inside (there were even 2 dragonflies in the room when we got back). So make sure to have your insect repellent ready.
The restaurant in the villa, The Shed Bali, is also nice. The Kaliki crispy duck is our favorite menu. They open until 9PM, so it's a great choice when you are looking for late dinner or light bites.

Honestly this villa wasn't on our top priority in our minds at first glance. But after reading at several reviews we could find, we decided to take a risk booking here for two days. When we arrived at the villa, their representation officer named Eka greeted us with what we called as Balinese warmth. The check-in process didn't take too long time (as we had to wait for them to make a preparation) and soon we finally could try - feel the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. The private pool was clean even though they put a bit too much of chemicals to kill the germs. The jacuzzi experience was so excellent - the warm/hot water was on and wasn't difficult to operate the water tap. But the villa I was staying was indeed created or build for couples that are traveling for honeymoon so you won't be surprised if there are no curtains or proper door to cover the shower room and toilet. As for the breakfast, they provided various kind of meals from vegetarians to American style big breakfast. They even asked us whether if we wanted to change the menu and delivered our breakfast in the morning at 8 AM as we requested earlier. Highly recommended for newly weds or lovey dovey couples, serene and tranquil atmosphere. Great hospitality, best price as well.

Well i have booked this hotel for my father & mother for their trip to bali. On reading the reviews and checking the pictures i have booked it. But on arrival my father was very disappointed from the hotel. The behaviour of the staff was very rude towards them. If something was told to the hotel like cleaning the room or pick the dirty plates, the hotel staff was not doing it even upon calling them 3-4 times. The bathroom accessorise were also not changed. The room was full of insects due to which he has came with a swollen feet. We have paid the hotel for all the things but the behaviour and services were not according to that. I really felt shame when i was 3 4 times from my father that is it really a 4-5 star hotel. Neverever i would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel especially if they are booking for their love ones.

My stay at Asvara Villa was amazing. All the staffs made sure my stay was comfortable with their impeccable service and recommendations. The room was clean, spacey and homey with Alexa and Netflix as well as private pool and jacuzzi to make me enjoy staying inside. The TV is rotateable so I watched Netflix inside the jacuzzi under the stars. What an unforgetable experience. The wifi went down once but with a phone call to the reception, in just less than 5minutes it was fixed back to the fast speed internet. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back and next will try the 2 bedroom villa.

This was one of those places which offers exactly or better than what it shows in photographs. Although bit far off location, staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Being Ubud, you will always find insects in any resorts/hotels you stay, however, the staff attends to your need immediately.
This place is a combination of multiple villas each of which contains a private plunge pool, open rain shower and a Jacuzzi. Unlike most other Jacuzzis, this one is more of hot tub and is able to offer hot water immediately without waiting for hours.
They offer only in-room breakfast (no restaurant) and can upgrade it to Floating breakfast at nominal additional cost. Please remember to order your food previous night.
Rooms: Room comes with a King size bed, sofa, small kitchen top with microwave and equipped with TV offering Netflix (pre-logged in) and Youtube apart from Alexa and Herman speakers.
Walkability: Resort is not at walking distance from nearby market and at least 30 min drive from Ubud central. Although, it's safe, please plan your travel accordingly.
