hotel was a stunner, more like a resort with lots of greenery and minimal concrete setup. Our room what we chose was a little sad, I guess it was a low end room, the fixtures were not that great but they had better rooms which are advisable if you are staying there for longer time and not just for the nights. But if you are staying there just for the nights its better to allot the saved money to some other activity. The breakfasts were good, we had some good time in the pool. The staff here needs a special mention. The hospitality was outstanding. The best you’d ever see.
I'm staying on March 2020 and booked for superior room the location is quiet strategic and nearby shop center But the room which I booked need a bit improvement, especially the cleanliness But the staff are helpful and nice
The photos made as have really high expectations. The hotel was nice but it was a bit worn out and the pool didn’t feel very clean. Location was good though as it was close to everything and the breakfast buffet was good with different things to choose from including an “egg station” where they did your eggs as you wished. Good air condition and comfy beds.
Only stayed for 3 nights. Hotel or villa was quite empty We were put in x2 rooms at the far end of the hotel Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and BUT smelt musty and mouldy Aircon awesome, staff friendly & helpful Breakfast - too little westernized options Central, near all restaurants, pubs and shopping Pools clean Won't recommend
This is a Resort sort of hotel having ground + one floor structure. It is having three different swimming pool. Rooms are spacious with a very good height. Some of the suites are very good. We stayed here for two nights. It has got an attached restaurant too.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Loved the room, amenities and great AC! stunning clean pools, there were 3 and good breakfast selection. Very central as well and close to ubud markets and monkey forest
Close to maximum tourists spots. Hotel in a budget with all facilities. Near to ubud main market and lot of western cafes. Away from traffic and dust. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Felt like staying in a home.
Gone down hill. This is my second stay and I think I got lucky with the room last time. This time, booking their best room got me something up stairs with no seperate shower (just a shower attachment in the bath). There is little sound insulation so you can hear chairs move in the next room and footsteps and whispered conversations in the hallway. A noisy bar has opened next door that plays loud must until about 10 at night. The breakfast does not have a great selection. Not recommended any more.
Good points of this hotel: Location Helpful and friendly staff Attractive grounds Large rooms 3 pools Superior room has a nice bathroom Good facilities Bad points: Rooms do not look like pictures- we were upgraded from deluxe to superior due to this. The superior rooms were more what we expected for the price. Staff were very helpful and nice about this which was appreciated. Electricity repeatedly cut out one of the days WiFi not always working Deluxe rooms are NOT deluxe. They need serious refurbishment and a deep clean. Superior rooms should be priced at deluxe rates. We were also shown super deluxe which was no cleaner that deluxe! Breakfast very disappointing with flies all over food and plates not cleaned properly. Noisy staff/ guests! Not sure if it was due to the location of our room but every morning we were woken up at about 6.30-7 due to people loudly talking outside our room and in the corridor. …
Grand sunti is located in the heard of ubud with really good cafes and restaurants around. The room itself is alright and bare minimum I would say. The bathroom water pressure not enough and not consistent. Keeps changing. Breakfast was average and didn’t use the pool.
