Everything about the hotel, from reception, to the villa, the food, and our general experience was phenomenal. There is nothing wrong about the hotel, period. It’s photos on Booking and TripAdvisor don’t give it justice.
Wow, where to even begin with the (much-deserved) accolades for this property? My second trip to Ubud, Bali was nothing short of magical in this accommodation, which offers precisely the attributes I seek when traveling: serenity, service, and surreal scenery. Amazingly, while the villas are located well within walking distance of Ubud, they are set just far enough back for guests to truly enjoy the quiet and amazing views of rice terraces while enjoying the included breakfast. Room service was also fantastic, with remarkably fresh, high quality meals at extremely reasonable prices; we stayed four nights and ordered room service at least three different times: It was that good, as well as that efficient. Special shout out to Ariani, who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful, though every single staff member was truly remarkable in the extent to which they would go out of their way to help you. We also used the spa services twice, which were extremely well priced; the massages were excellent and made the retreat back to the villa overlooking the rice terraces all the more relaxing. Speaking of the villa, the outdoor bathtub for soaking is especially divine, and the covering enables one to soak and enjoy the nature even when it begins to rain. As far as touring Ubud and several other sites within two hours' driving distance, the services of Angga are very strongly recommended: He is remarkably accommodating, friendly, and more than willing to assist tourists with site seeing and excellent eating! We had a fantastic day trip up to Bratan Lake/Beratan Temple, as well as Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, the largest rice terraces in Bali, which also received UNESCO distinction in 2012, as we learned from Angga. Having a private driver in a very comfortable, tinted car at an extremely reasonable price was a fantastic additional benefit. Would absolutely stay here again whenever in Ubud, and it is absolutely recommended without reservation.…
Excellent property. Staff at every level were exceptional. Wished we had more time to enjoy the place. It’s in Ubud, right in the middle of the island, making it a convenient location to visit the north, east, west and south of the island. Definitely 5 star. A must stay!
This trip was our first time in Bali. We stayed in two 4-star accomodations and this one is our 5 star one! We absolutely loved everything about it; cleanness, architecture, swimming pool, view, restaurant, staff and spa. The food was fresh and delicious. The masseuses were so professional; both myself and my wife tried their signature massage and facial. Prices of the restaurant and spa was very reasonable.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with walking distance to monkey forest (monkeys come and visit your pool area sometimes, they stay out of the pool thought) and Ubud centre. The room is very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast. Recommended.
I've been to Ubud once before but this trip was the best and a lot of that is because of Tejaprana. Wonderful room with our own pool and felt like a piece of heaven. Awesome service from Juan who helped us with tips and a SIM card. Thank you!
Wow! From the calm and relaxed drive up to Ubud to the welcome drink to the gorgeous suite with private pool! To the infinity edge main pool, to the great food and service... to the Friday night Salsa party to the efficient, well-trained staff... just WOW! Easy walk to town but really, you could almost just chill at the resort and on Jalan Bisma for a week and not get bored! Do yourself a massive favour and stay here.
We stayed in the jungle view villa for 3 nights and had a beautiful experience. The views were breathtaking and extended for horizons. The rooms were clean and architecture was carefully curated. The hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. The spa massage was a high light. Thank you for the hospitality.
Wonderful hotel. The villas/pool are beautiful and so private. The staff were excellent. Breakfast every morning overlooking the valley was a treat (and very good). The location was ideal - far enough out to be quiet and peaceful, but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend!
What an amazing hotel! Firstly the staff here are phenomenal! Not only did they remember orders and my name but I also have an allergy. Staff were so clear with following up with my allergy and making it safe! The rooms were gorgeous with monkeys around and calm nature. All modern amenities I love the outdoor bath! The hotel itself is gorgeous and the pool over looking the rice fields is amazing Great price for location! Everything is walkable yet far enough to be tranquil I am so sad I am no longer staying at this hotel and wish to come back! Thanks for a great stay
