Satori Villas are paradise, the staff are amazing, the rooms are lovely, the view over the rice fields🌾 is beautiful, relaxing in our own private pool was divine. We stayed in the two bedroom villa, Serena, it is a two story house with so much room, full kitchen, huge lounge room, massive balcony, veranda, gazebo the list is endless🏝. The staff cooked us breakfast everyday, fruit platter, smoothies and a large choice of western or Balinese foods cooked to order. I can’t wait to go back 🥰

A 'house' is just a building, but a home is a feeling. This is exactly what Satori Villas is. When you are here, it illuminates the feeling of home within you: the comfort, safety, uniqueness, the family community and the feeling of belonging. We have stayed at Villa Santana for an extended period of time and it has been the perfect 'home' to live in. The villas are fully equipped with great attention to detail. Each villa has its own unique layout and style surrounded by peaceful rice fields. Maintenance and cleanliness is a priority at Satori Villa and can hardly be matched to other places we have stayed. The staff and owners are completely amazing- so kind and welcoming as if you have known them for a long time. Staying here will always have a special memory and place in my heart. Thank you Satori Family. Love Kim and John

I recently stayed at Satori Villas for almost 6 months. It was a wonderful place to watch a full season of rice cultivation… from the clearing of land, burning, tending of soil, propagation & planting, growth through rain, wind, & sun to harvest. The gardens & views are beautiful to watch the changing sky, beautiful birds, farmers, & cows throughout the day. The staff on hand, Wayan, Ketut, Komang, Dewi, Gek, & the others were all so helpful & accomodating of our needs & very friendly to deal with. The location is great to walk the nearby rice fields as well as into town (or bike / motorcycle if you prefer). I would stay here again & felt very safe during covid times. Highly recommended

My partner and I stayed in this idyllic sanctuary of villas in the Northern rice fields of Ubud for 6 months starting in Oct 2021 to March 2022. We stayed in Villa Banana for one month and Villa Serena for 5 months. We couldn't have chosen a more peaceful, beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The service and staff was remarkable by every standard. The manager Wayan made sure our every need was addressed and was so friendly. We would like to thank the staff members Komang, Gek Putri, DewaAyu, and everyone else for our wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning. We can't wait to come back! 🙏🏽

We had the privilege of staying at Satori Villas for an extended period. The villa is set in the peacefulness of the unspoilt rice fields, within walking distance of the centre of Ubud. The living spaces are bright, with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is large, extremely well equipped and spotless. The bedrooms are quiet and stylish. There is AC and ceiling fans throughout if you need it. Everything is beautifully decorated with many personal touches. It was wonderful to take a dip in the private pool surrounded by the lush greenery, in the perfectly manicured garden. The staff are so responsive, friendly, cheerful, quick to respond - nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to stay here again in future.

We've stayed almost a week in banana villa. We already knew it and were so happy to be back. The location is great. The villa is in the middle of the rice fields, it's so quiet. And it's only a few minutes ( 10 min max ) walk from the center of Ubud and it's noise, great restaurants, night life etc ... The staff is just amazing. Wayan and her husband Ketut are 2 gems. We can't wait to be back.

We stayed in Serena, one of four in the Satori villa complex. Located in the ricefields at the walking only end of Jalan Kaleng. The wonderful staff transfer you by bike for the 500mts into the ricefields. The villas are quite modern , and really well fitted out.The kitchen would suit anyone wanting to try to cook at home. Or the butler comes in and cooks for you. Transfers back into Ubud are an easy 5 minutes on the back of a back of a bike, and with the phone they provide you ring for the pick up to get home. Great location wonderful staff we will return

Words will never do this villa and indeed, it's local area, justice. I would describe our time as an "experience", rather than a holiday! Located in a car-free section north of the Ubud hubbub, it's a mere 6-7 minute walk to Jl. Ubud, yet surrounded by "real" Bali - something all but gone from the western coastal areas. A scooter is optional, but it sure makes it fun! :) The staff are charming and plentiful, to say the least and nothing is a problem. Ask Komang's Dad for a fresh coconut ... just awesome :) Kasey and Rico's visitor guide was the most comprehensive I've ever seen and we sampled many of its suggestions - breakfasts at Milk & Madu and Kafe, walks through the rice paddies and up along the Ridge, local dinners at Samara, one of the best pizzas we've tasted from the local Italian (home delivered in a tropical downpour) and the pinnacle of our dining - the Luxe (do NOT miss this!). Did I mention yoga at the Yoga House?. We are already planning a return trip - next time will have to be longer than our painfully short, three nights. We highly recommend these villas.

For those in Hospitality, this stellar review is what we strive for! We are proud to have achieved our goal of providing a superb 'experience', rather than merely a place to stay. Warmth and graciousness are true traits of the Balinese, and our highly trained staff are the best and will happily take care of everything. Thank you for staying with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for a longer stay next time! All the best from everyone at Satori Villas

We had the most restful, luxurious stay in villa banana which sleeps 8 ppl so comfortably. The staff were so helpful, and every attention to detail was met to make for a wonderful 60th birthday celebrations Balinese banquet cooked right in the villa for 10 ppl. Wayan even remembered my husband loved pineapple, which was lovingly put in his complementary birthday cake. A floral happy birthday message was layed out in the villa from rose petals. Our guests loved the villa and the cooked breakfast and yummy banana pancakes and fresh fruit and smoothies added to our holiday recharge. This place had it all, volcano views, rice fields so serene. We will be back thankyou so much for making RAYS 60th birthday celebrations & recharge AMAZING!! Oh and Satori drivers were exceptional too, taking us to the most incredible authentic Balinese restaurant for lunch on the way to ubud. We loved the moped rides through the green zone. Fridge was well stocked with refreshments daily. We are now planning another holiday 60th birthday celebrations in 2021. Can't wait ..cheers Maria
