My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas and it was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The room was clean and well finished and the view just finished it off! The food is good and wine is cheap and comes in half bottle sizes- always a bonus! I would suggest using the half day, or full day car hire service too, the driver took us to the swings, monkey forest, lunch and even offered to take us to waterfalls (they hired us a motorbike for that). A perfect romantic getaway! Highly highly recommend!
My Wife and I recently stayed In the Ayuterra for our honeymoon, it was the most amazing experience we've ever had. We stayed in the Deluxe room, which is so beautiful it makes you want to stay in the room your entire vacation. The staff were incredible! Anything that we asked for they brought it to our room right away, they were extremely sweet, and kind. This resort is absolutely phenomenal, we would come back 100x's! Thank you Ayuterra for making our Honeymoon special
We had an amazing stay at Ayuterra Resort. We booked the two-bedroom villa with pool and incredible views over the valley. The staff was so friendly and very supportive... always with a smile. Breakfast was served on our terrace. This is a hidden gem just outside the Ubud centre. A place to go back!
We really loved it. It is an Amazing resort in the jungle. We had a room with private poor and everything was perfect. We loved the private breakfast in room, you can have Also in the pool. Everyone is professional and very kind. Thanks u Ayuterra, we look forward to come again.
Be aware that Booking.com advertises Ayuterra as a 5 star luxury property, while it is actually 4 star property far from luxury and as such is advertised on other websites, so make sure to double check and don't get disappointed if you book through Booking. For a 4 star property Ayuterra is really good, and it should be advertised as such. Location is 4.5km out of Ubud center and hotel only provides drop off and not pick up from town. Villa has only one small wardrobe with 5 hangers (we got more after request), not enough for 2 people who travel or stay longer, simply not enough space to get clothes out of suitcases. No hangers for towels in the bathroom. Only two glasses in the kitchen, we asked for more, we got them for a few first days, then they disappeared again and we were left with 2 wine glasses only. Fridge is actually a mini bar size. Breakfast is limited to 3 options only, so you will quickly be tired of the same food every day. Coffee and milk are also replenished in minimum quantities, 100ml milk and 2 capsules a day, so we had to ask for more which initially resort wanted to charge for. Sunbeds do not have mattresses, only big towels are provided, so not very comfy. To sum it up, it is a good 4 star villa, but definitely not 5 star as advertised here, so you will not get a 5 star value for your money. View from the villa was nice, with a green jungle across, but very limited view of the river. Staff was very responsive and attentive to our requests. As it was our anniversary, they have decorated villa and have served a cake for this occasion. As we have expected 5 star property and ended up in 4 star, our expectations were not met but resort staff tried their best to make this stay good. Pool is a nice size, and floating breakfast offered was a cool thing.…
Liked everything about it, the villa is large and also the pool, the stuff, the cleanance, service, location, the view, i highly recommend it, and special thanks to Ade who helped us a lot during our stay.
Everything is perfect. View, staff, location, clean and breakfast. The price was very good my room reservation. I liked the lobby design and they were fast and very nice staff where they welcomed me and handling my room.
استثنائي ➕ This is our second stay in the luxury resort of ayuterra . If you want a luxurious accommodation and a distinct service, ayuterra is your best choice, complete privacy, very comfortable bed, wonderful decorations, luxurious linens, very clean, panoramic view of the rain forest and river. Private swimming pool , terrace with modern decor and outdoor Jacuzzi, professional reception staff, very friendly staff, varied breakfast and tasty , helpful waiters, free shuttle to central Ubud The owner takes care of all the details and asks residents about developments in the resort . We miss the star of the resort Mr. Jason juwono
Staff were definitely amazing and they literally cared for us during our stay almost like family. The room was excellent and probably had the best view so far. We loved the pool and the tub. This may sound minor but the bed was the most comfortable one among all the hotel beds we have slept earlier. Every area in the room as well as towels/sheets were very clean. They tidied up the room twice a day if needed. You'll love the breakfast in your room or even inside the pool if you prefer. The hotel is pretty close to the Ubud center and there is a free shuttle (one way) to the center or other nearby locations. You'll just need to let the staff know 15 min earlier before your departure. We would love to visit this place multiple times in the future and we're recommending it for sure!
First time in uBud - i do enjoy my beach holidays, and to me a good beach holiday always involves a good villa, with a private pool, good view, good service and good breakfast. What i think you can expect from Ayuterra is the villas are spacious and nice for two. You get a 2 storey villa, the bottom floor is the pool and living area. The top is the bedroom and bathroom. Its pretty luxurious...and i think it has a nice view to the forrest and green scenary. Breakfast - was okay...not mind blowing, but they deliver it to your room and thats kind of nice and pampering. Service was pretty top notch - they are attentive to details and sensitive. Now the poor point is that we went during a time when they were still doing expansion and renovation works (apparently to be completed in 2-3 months time - which means July 2018). During this time, i didn't feel we had the full privacy of the pool - cause there were overlooking workers in our vicinity - although upon feedback to the staff, i think they got the workers to almost try to stop work during our stay. The work starts at 7am till 6pm - so expect hammering noises and all that during this period. I was a little disappointed about this (despite the very apologetic staff) - that we paid full price for a villa that was undergoing such works. Having said that, i would like to think i would go back and stay at this place when there work is completed. They could certainly improved on the quality of their breakfast though. Tv Channels (just 3) - so you may want to bring a book and have your own netflix account ready to slack in this villa (if you can get the privacy)…
