Beautiful swimming pool with view on the field, nice big room with terrace and the nicest people ever. Everybody is smiling and friendly, you will feel at home and never want to leave. If you are planning to go around and need a drive ask for Putu. We were in the old building which was really charming but the bathroom... More

What do you want more than that? Beautiful room, comfortable bad, big bathtub (perfect for 2), balcony with view on the rice fields, awesome swimmingpool, superquiet even if so central in Ubud... (3 minutes to Monkey Forest, 3 minutes to Yoga barn). Prices are reasonable. They hire scooter, do your laundry, very nice staff, very helpful. I will be back... More

most of the rooms here are in the modern building (photo above) but i had attractive room 9, upstairs in what appears to be an old house. a large room, large bath, balcony, and traditional balinese paintings decorate the ends of the high ceiling. breakfast not too exciting--though you might want to try the toasted banana sandwich--but brought to your... Right in the heart of Ubud town centre. Friendly staff, lovely balinese breakfast brought to your room each morning, terrific pool overlooking rice fields and very good value for money. And only two minute walk to the Monkey Forest.

My husband and I paid AUD $50 a night to stay here for our first 5 nights in Bali and we loved our time there. We had a second floor room and (as previous reviews mention), the views are gorgeous and the pool is delightful after a long day on foot wandering around Ubud. After travelling around Bali for a... This place is a hidden gem conveniently located on Monkey Forest road. From the outside it doesn't look much but as soon as you step inside the hotel compound (past Ganesh) you discover a little piece of paradise. The building is modern, super clean and upstairs rooms have a beautiful rice padi view overlooking the pool and mountains. Staff are... More

Wonderful experience. Staffs friendly and helpful. Well located. Room clean and big. Limited tv program and DVD not clear though. A little concern with security too. Other than that, value for money and will definitely be back. Love the pool!

I stayed 3 weeks at Nyoman Karsa in ubud, Bali. It felt like home immediately. The staff was exceptional, supportive and heart-driven. Breakfasts on my balcony overlooking the rice fields, forests and volcanoes were nourishing, varied and delivered with a smile and friendly conversation. I could not have been happier here and I had 3 weeks to observe other places.... More

A very nice place to stay in Ubud and still reasonably priced. The room as well as the bathroom is spacious and well designed. Spectacular views on the rice paddies from the terrace in front of the room and from the amazing swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite good location within walking distance from monkey forest... More

“I stayed in room 7 the first night, which faces the pool area but you couldn't really see the pool from there. I think you'd need to stay in the lower-number rooms for pool view/access. I was in room 8 the second night, which was HUGE but which faces the reception/road (it was still quiet though!)”
